James was ready and on time, he did a great job on the installation. I had a followup issue with the phone/radio voice dial. He tested my unit and isolated the issue to my phone. I took my phone to Verizon and it reset to the original factory settings. It works great now. Thank you.

The Best Buy install team is terrific! Not only did they do a great job with my installation, but I've had "technical difficulties" a few times since the install and they're always helpful, even a while afterwards. Great customer service from them!

Your emails to me were not appreciated, / frustrating. Why would i want to pick up parts to install the radio, if you are going to install the radio at the same location?? Not logical to me???

The crew installed CD player in my 16 yr olds truck . Makes his older truck have great sounding CD player they had it done in the estimated time and everything was put back like it was a new truck

I HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS ON SERVICE at our Quincy Best Buy. Shawn was phenomenal and did an amazing service at a high professional level. Knowledgeable on the unit specific for our car and told us exactly what he was going to do before doing it. Amazing!

The service was free with the purchase of the radio, all we had to do was purchase the installation tools, which were very inexpensive. The service was scheduled promptly. The installation itself did not take long and went on without a hitch.

Joseph in car installation was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable, knew what I would need to install my new stereo, and worked with me to get the job done in time for a road trip I had coming up. Overall a great experience!

Did great install on my CRV and showed me how everything works They have done several of my family’s cars always have taken good care of us. Only wish I would’ve waited a few weeks as they are running my deck on sale and free installation

The install went smoothly and was finished well before the quoted time frame. The only problem was the ad price for install did not match the install price coming up on computer. That took some time. We ended up just letting them charge us their price BC we were tired of waiting.

I take advantage of this service every chance I get. For the price point and the quality it’s totally worth it. The wait time can be extremely long but if your patient it’s worth it.

I got to install shop 1/2 hour early and the installer got to work on my truck 15 minuets earlier than my appointment after install, he explained how in work and helped me hook up my phone to bluetooth. Very friendly and polite young man

My installation guy was very knowledgeable and very efficient. He was down to earth and very polite. He even helped another customer by giving directions on where to go for curbside pickup.

Not sure why this is showing up, but I did have them install a radio a few years ago and they did a good job. Plus I get 25 points for writing this, so why not.
