Installer was very knowledgeable and Installed an aftermarket stereo in my son's car quickly and cleanly. Installer took the extra time to go over all the features of the unit and was very patient and professional!

Guy installed quicker than scheduled and gave back some credit(back to card used) for parts not needed for the setup. Friendly and helped other customers during this time, maintaining good customer service.

He did a great job and was very informative on how to use the product, very helpful!

Spoke to the technician. He told us when the installation would be done. We went shopping and the tech said he would call if there were any issues. No call, came back 45 min later and the car was done. He walked us through how to use the unit. That was it!

Had to visit the Geek Squad three times before they successfully installed my new radio into my car. They ordered the necessary parts for installation and we waited a week for them to come, Upon arrival, I brought my car and they had it for the entire day just for me to pick it up and tell me they ordered the wrong piece. We repeat the process, now I'm back for the second time and they said they ordered the wrong piece yet again. We repeated the process one more time and we finally got it. While I'm extremely happy with the new radio and end result, it was extremely irritating to leave my car at Best Buy on three different occasions and make adequate arrangements for those times.

Micah did an excellent job installing my radio and it took a much shorter time than he anticipated. He also found a knob that I'd been looking for years under one of my seats that I'd been looking for years.

the two installers at the downey locations were professional and customer service oriented people. will come back for other stuff to be installed.

Great installer. Had a stereo and alarm installed in my old Camaro, and everything was neat and clean. Due to the age of the car, the trunk release was acting up. Took it back, and he cleaned up the switch and corrected the problem.

Had new radio installed in 2013 Dodge Caravan. Made sure to buy wiring harness for steering wheel controls plus dash kit.Radio came with free installation .
