My installer spent the time necessary to get things to working properly for my vehicle. He diagnosed the problem that I had had prior to the installation and proposed a good solution. Very pleased!

The guy fixed my vehicle perfectly he is very knowledgeable and very friendly he went above and beyond what I thought BestBuy could do I was very pleased and I will go back to get the rest of my stuff installed with Geek Squad

The installation techs at the Oakdale, MN Best Buy were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely nice and friendly. I also felt the total installation price was very fair.

Micah did an excellent job installing my radio and it took a much shorter time than he anticipated. He also found a knob that I'd been looking for years under one of my seats that I'd been looking for years.

The installation was successful at the location we chose and the experienced technician completed in less than the time given in the online booking tool. Hint: Speak with your technician in advance to get a feel for their level of aptitude

Had to visit the Geek Squad three times before they successfully installed my new radio into my car. They ordered the necessary parts for installation and we waited a week for them to come, Upon arrival, I brought my car and they had it for the entire day just for me to pick it up and tell me they ordered the wrong piece. We repeat the process, now I'm back for the second time and they said they ordered the wrong piece yet again. We repeated the process one more time and we finally got it. While I'm extremely happy with the new radio and end result, it was extremely irritating to leave my car at Best Buy on three different occasions and make adequate arrangements for those times.

The agents did A great job installing my new radio. They answered all my questions about the radio in a professional manner. They had also took the time to show me how all the functions on the radio worked.

These guys know what they are doing and can get the install done in a fraction of the time you can if you don't have all the right interior tools. Worth the money. I used to install my own in the 1980's but not in these newer cars for sure!

The tech made sure I was happy before I left. He took time out to show me things, and said if I was not happy or something happens to please return and it would be made right. that is awesome to hear someone say

I had a sony blue tooth with pandora installed in my old chey truck. Did not think the installer could make new radio fit. He had it done before i could even finish breakfast and also informed me of an additional maintenance issue with my vehicle (not related to install).

The Guy who helped me was Awesome!!! Super helpful and knowledgeable!! He had the radio installed in exactly the amount of time he said, and he even got me a remote for the stereo. Made it by far the best experience at best buy so far....... he really set the bar.....

First time I've ever had a stereo installed in a car with that said it was a great experience installer was very knowledgeable with the products I was getting installed and had the car all done in 1 hour will definitely usr bestbuy install again

Anthony did a great job installing my radio. I just had one issue my handle to pop my trunk got broken and now my column for my steering wheel won't stay put. I will have him install my amp then he can fix the problem he made cause he has to take it off again.

loved it i like the customers service and the help with picking what i needed just told him what i like and he gave me just the thing i needed it was a great day for me all together i will send my family infact today me and my sister will be back to help her pick a car cd

They took a little longer to install the radio I bought, but was told that it was due to the extra wiring that needed to be done. That's ok with me, Id rather it take longer to get it done right the first time than to have to keep going back.

We had a great install by the technician at the Brookfield, WI location. He installed the radio unit quickly and described all of the functions. He answered all of our questions, was courteous, and I would go back to have future work performed by him. Great experience.

I have a Volvo and, let me tell you, most service techs back away from you when you tell them that you have a Volvo. Not these guys, setup was quick and very professional...EXTREMELY happy with the install...Thanks!
