Paying for my deck installation ahead of time made it easier for me to just go to my appointment and back home with ease. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone whom needs this service. My radio sounds so awesome.

The crew members were very friendly and efficient. They made sure I had the right parts and gave me a time frame of when it would be complete. They also mentioned that if I ever wanted to remove the receiver, taking it out is free!

The installer seemed very knowledgeable and even showed me how to work some features as well as synced my phone to the stereo. I'll be going back next time I need something installed.

I had a JVC system installed, taking advantage of the 199.95 purchase of a system with free installation. The same service for the same product would have cost $100 more without the care and friendliness I received from the Best Buy installers.

great installer, they took their time to explain the process and treated my car like it was theirs. clean work too and no damages at all. they even took the time to show and explain to me how the radio works, they even made sure i could operate the radio at ease.

I purchased upgraded installation for my Kenwood receiver, and discussed the installation with the installer more than a week prior to the appointment. I even provided him with printed instructions which included photos. The additional charge for custom installation was required because he needed to cut some speaker wires in the harness and use the RCA outputs on the receiver for the subwoofers. He struggled with the installation for three hours until I told him to just wire it with the harness. I now am not able to take advantage of the subwoofer controls. I paid for the installation because I figured that it would save time for me, but it didn't. Quite frankly, I could have installed it correctly myself in less than 3 hours. Now I am going to have re-do it. I think I should be entitled to a refund, but I didn't ask for it.

the only problem. i wish the tech had called and asked if i wanted new speakers also. since that was also part of the problem. i could have had all done same time. but he did his job installed the radio.

I got to my appointment a little on the early side, GS installer took my car in and in no time had my new stereo installed, called me to let me know he was done, then went over the operation of the unit, he even sync my phone to it for me

I bought this stereo to upgrade my stock and I'm very happy with it. It gives me some of the current technologies that new cars have but absent from my 2006. Great sound...a lot of power and a great installation experience at best buy. The technician was awesome.

Had my stereo installed by Geek Squad auto team, and they did an excellent job. Took the time to make sure Bluetooth pairing worked, and offered to make minor cosmetic improvements at no additional charge if I didn't like the fit. 5 stars.

Great installation. Installer was friendly and showed me how to use it. Unfortinately when I got home I couldnt do it myself so I still havent used my radio to its full capacity.

I am so happy I checked out Best Buy, Car toys tried to sell my the same thing for three times the price. I will never go to car toys again. The Installation center and the person who helped me were awesome, very knowledgeable and NO PRESSURE SALES. The Best.

Our installer was very knowledgeable, courteous efficient. He finished the install early and was very patient training my wife how to use all of the functions. W head to come back for a minor problem and he fixed it quickly and efficiently
