It took a little while...but worth the wait.They discussed options with me and made recommendations no pressure...I made the decision by better information they gave me over what I was looking for.

I had a JVC system installed, taking advantage of the 199.95 purchase of a system with free installation. The same service for the same product would have cost $100 more without the care and friendliness I received from the Best Buy installers.

I purchased upgraded installation for my Kenwood receiver, and discussed the installation with the installer more than a week prior to the appointment. I even provided him with printed instructions which included photos. The additional charge for custom installation was required because he needed to cut some speaker wires in the harness and use the RCA outputs on the receiver for the subwoofers. He struggled with the installation for three hours until I told him to just wire it with the harness. I now am not able to take advantage of the subwoofer controls. I paid for the installation because I figured that it would save time for me, but it didn't. Quite frankly, I could have installed it correctly myself in less than 3 hours. Now I am going to have re-do it. I think I should be entitled to a refund, but I didn't ask for it.

I got to my appointment a little on the early side, GS installer took my car in and in no time had my new stereo installed, called me to let me know he was done, then went over the operation of the unit, he even sync my phone to it for me

These dudes said 4 hours to install the radio and speakers and 4 hours later it was done, no mess.

Had my stereo installed by Geek Squad auto team, and they did an excellent job. Took the time to make sure Bluetooth pairing worked, and offered to make minor cosmetic improvements at no additional charge if I didn't like the fit. 5 stars.

great installer, they took their time to explain the process and treated my car like it was theirs. clean work too and no damages at all. they even took the time to show and explain to me how the radio works, they even made sure i could operate the radio at ease.

I bought this stereo to upgrade my stock and I'm very happy with it. It gives me some of the current technologies that new cars have but absent from my 2006. Great sound...a lot of power and a great installation experience at best buy. The technician was awesome.

The install was cancelled, due to the cost of replacing the cables and wires to new radio being twice the price of a not totally inexpensive car stereo.

The staff at the Boardman, Ohio store seemed knowledgeable and caring. I had previously had a bad experience at another out-of-state location and was happy to discover that some stores have great installers!

The installation was quick and easy. The installer even took the time to tell my son about the radio and how to use it.

The installation was done professionally, if not a little slower than I was promised. However, the product installed did not meet my expectations for quality and is much worse than the previous OEM stereo in the car. I would recommend the installation, but not the Pioneer product.

I am so happy I checked out Best Buy, Car toys tried to sell my the same thing for three times the price. I will never go to car toys again. The Installation center and the person who helped me were awesome, very knowledgeable and NO PRESSURE SALES. The Best.

The technician was very friendly, notified me of expected completion, and completed job as promised. Spent time doing a training on the functions, and would not stop until I was comfortable with new system.
