The installation was done professionally, if not a little slower than I was promised. However, the product installed did not meet my expectations for quality and is much worse than the previous OEM stereo in the car. I would recommend the installation, but not the Pioneer product.

There is no where else I could go to get my new equipment installed and feel confident as Best Buy. They are fast and always deliver a high quality service overall. This was my second time doing the service, and promise it won't be the last.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing my new speakers. They even refunded me for some strangers and an amp I purchased that I didn't need, very honest!

The staff at the Boardman, Ohio store seemed knowledgeable and caring. I had previously had a bad experience at another out-of-state location and was happy to discover that some stores have great installers!

I purchased an indeck receiver at Best Buy for my wife's car, and also paid to have it installed by the Geek Squad for roughly $70. I noticed that the Hardware wasn't included in the installation price. Upon arriving for my installation, I learned that the hardware would run roughly another $70, a price which I wasn't anticipating. I was also told to have it also connected to the steering wheel controls would be another $140, making the total installation of this cheap indash unit almost 4 times the cost of the stereo itself. I was very disappointed I had to forego the steering column installation on my wife's car, because I simply couldn't afford it. The installation itself was quick, and the technician was great, but it simply was too cost prohibitive to recommend.

Comparably fast installation, professionally done. Good place to 'wait it out' and do work on computer with available WIFI. Good work!

I priced a few places and the Best Buy San Marcos was the best deal. Easy to schedule, the guys in the shop were friendly and helpful (not the case at Fry's) and pricing was very affordable (again unlike Fry's.) I recommend this shop highly.

I have had this stereo installed, uninstalled, and then installed again in another car. Every time I go into this geeksquad headquarters the techs are quick to help and get the job done the first time.

The gentleman who installed this radio unit was very professional and courteous during the entire process. Prior to install, he explained the entire process, what to expect and was well within the projected installation time.

My installer, Dylan at the Joliet, IL location, was quick, professional, and did a great job. Although I may have been able to install my head unit myself, it was great to have someone do the hard work for me and not have to wonder if it was done correctly.

Better than I could have imagined ! FAST, FRIENDLY service. He even programmed the new radio using channels from the old radio. That was nice. Also, he set up the BlueTooth for my phone. GREAT SERVICE !!!
