The installer was very friendly and patient w/me as he explained things and made sure I understood what was being said to me. He did a GREAT job and in a very timely fashion. He finished ALOT sooner than he projected.

It's pretty much like a drive-through: drive into the bay, finish the paperwork, wander around the mall or (I'm sure BBY prefers this) around the store, and pretty much before I knew it my car was ready to go.

The installation was quick and easy. The installer even took the time to tell my son about the radio and how to use it.

When first getting my truck back the steering wheel controls for the radio had not been connected. The fix was easy and fast. Just was disappointed that I had to find it at all. Does work not get dbl check before it is marked completed?

Technician installed stereo in a timely manner. Great customer service. Technician showed all of the features and made sure we were comfortable enough to use stereo.

These dudes said 4 hours to install the radio and speakers and 4 hours later it was done, no mess.

The agents mounted my equipment in my car while I shopped in the store. They showed me how to use it. And later when I had a question, I dropped by and the agent came out to my car to help me.

The installer was great. He explained everything, did an excellent job explaining how to work the equipment and did the job quickly and professionally. The equipment looks like it has always been there.

Fast and professional. It looks great and they didn't leave a mess in the car like other places have in the past. I would definitely recommend them and will go back.

Unfortunately they couldn't get it installed in one day because the person before me basically ripped everything out. they had me bring it back another spent several hrs on had rewire whole system, no extra charge.

I went in for a quote and they were not really busy so they fit me in and it only took them about 30 minutes to install and they pricematched so it was good value. Not to mention free install!

Was scheduled for installation immedietly, in and out in an hour. Great service.

The young man that installed the system was amazing and quick with his service so sorry do not remember his name but he also works at the Victoria, Tx Best Buy and James again was the best salesman

The install tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The time I set up for the install was adhered to and done while I shopped for other things in the store. He also showed me how to use and program the radio after the install.

Joe the installer was great. he did a great job installing 2 stereos and also explained how to use them

Geek squad installer was professional and courteous. He knew his stuff, and had me relatively in and out. I would definitely recommend having this guy install any components you need.
