The agents connected my new stereo faster than I thought it was going to take and took the time to show me how to work it.

I purchased a JVC car stereo to replace a broken unit. The Geek Squad technician installed the new receiver in about an hour. The stereo looks and sounds great! The technician did a great job, and was very mindful of cleanliness in this age of COVID-19. I recommend the service provided.

The Technician knew everything I was looking for and told me all I would need for the Proper install with all the functions I wanted. When he scheduled the install he told me how long it would take and he was very prompted. He had my vehicle cleaned and properly functioning. Also helped me connect my Phone to the blue tooth. Great Tech

I had some concerns about having Best Buy install this new radio in my daughter's car since we had a less than satisfactory experience once before with an iPod accessory cable on her old radio. But this time, the technicians were great. They were friendly, communicative and worked quickly. And, the end result is a great looking installation that my daughter is proud of and pleased with her new sounds~

The installation took less time than I was told when I purchased my stereo. The service guy was very nice and took the time to explain working the stereo and had set the clock before I got there and then set up my phone with the blue-tooth set up so I didn't have to try to figure that out. He totally deserves a pat on the back, and I give him a gold star for great customer service!!!

Geek squad installer was polite and helpful. He was about 60 minutes late for the first radio installation, but installation went well and everything seems to work fine. I also installed an aftermarket radio in a second car. Appointment was on time, but I had to return a week or so later because the rear speakers didn't work after the installation. The tech guy said he neglected to set a switch properly. He also left a tool in my car, which I noticed before I left. But he was a good guy.

The Squad quickly and efficiently installed the stereo in my wife's car. In the time I ate a quick lunch it was all done. Professional and courteous, they are great guys. Very impressed and will definitely go back for more great service.

When the guy did our install he was great. Got us in early and was done quicker then expected. Also really like the warranty. The tech said if I want to seek my car bring the factory stereo in and he will put it back in at no Schaefer so I can save my new stereo

Had a new Stereo receiver installed in my car. The technician had it done very efficiently! He showed me all the functionalities of my new radio and had me test it out on my own so that I could be confident everything worked before I left the garage. I wasn't expecting it, but he even installed the Bluetooth mic my new system came with, and in a very smart spot too!

I setup my installation appointment and was given an hour slot but was told it would probably be 20 minutes since I had an after factory unit already installed. True to their word it took about 15 minutes. Josh showed me and explained all of the features of the deck. He was friendly and answered all my questions.

I like the Kenwood stereo. I don't use the iHeart Radio, Pandora, or Sirius, but they're available. The phone interface is super easy to use. It was very easy to link to my phone, too. With NFC (Near Field Communication) I just turned on the switch in my phone, then held it up to the radio and they linked. Sweet. I replaced a factory radio with this. The price was good, but the new installation cables cost more than the radio.

The radio was installed in my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 looks really good. Very clean instalment. Make sure all your parts are in your vehicle before you go. One of my amps was missing from under my driver's seat. I didn't know this until a week later. They didn't tell me they removed it or return it to me. That's the only thing I was disappointed in.

I had Best Buy install a new radio in a 2010 Subaru Outback to replace the OEM radio. The install went well, the tech made some required adjustments after I picked up the car and noted some issues, and the radio still works great. I only wish the store would have called me when they finished the install; instead, I went to the store near closing to check if the install was finished, which it had several hours earlier.

Geek Squad knows what they are doing when they bring in a techie. This guy had the knowhow to install my stereo in perfect fashion in 45 minutes. It's a single din Pioneer DEH-something. He installed my Bluetooth with perfect precision. This guy should be paid way more than he is.

Stereo install in an older car. Cameron called me twice with concerns and questions. The feedback and communication was a pleasant surprise! He did an awesome job! Planning an upgrade in the near future!

The installer was very professional and knowledgeable. He took he time and made sure he was doing what was best for the installation of my Pioneer Bluetooth Car Radio System. I scheduled a time, he called me to make sure I was still coming and as a reminder. Great work, I do recommend.
