The geek squad service was amazing. They got what I needed in a timely matter.

The agent that installed my radio was very professional and courteous. He also took the time to show me the details of the radio. Couldn’t be happier.

The tech installing the radio was great! He fit us in and got the job completed in the timeframe promised. Also told us they will remove the radio when we go to sell the car and install the old radio at no charge.

the radio i bought turned out to not be compatible with the existing radio in my car. the guys refunded me the money. then they helped me find anothter solution. it's not the best, but it does work.

these guys are awesome nicest people ever and I would tukey they explain everything show you how to work your new product and if you have any questions you can call them definitely recommend these guys

I was a little intimidated with my new radio because if all the features but Thd Geek Squad put me at ease. They were patient and talk to me on my level! Two thumbs up!

This is the second we have had installed thru here, and they have been excellent both times. Very fast, and helpful in explaning what they are doing before hand and then went thru how to operate the radio before letting us leave.

I purchased a radio from BB and purchased the Geek Squad Install. The install went very quickly and was done perfectly. The associates walked me through the install and explained all the warranties and product info.

Installed stereo within time scheduled, provided a demonstration on how use features of the stereo

The installation that was done was excellent. I highly recommend having the installation done at Best Buy. The installer had great suggestions and saved it a little cash.

Wife decided to upgrade the stereo in the car. Compared to the Sony and Pioneer BT decks I have in my other cars this by far is the best. When time permits swapping all my others to this kenwood.

These guys know their stuff! Showed me how to work it all (yes it had an instruction manual)...but they OFFERED...which is so unusual these days.
