It's pretty much like a drive-through: drive into the bay, finish the paperwork, wander around the mall or (I'm sure BBY prefers this) around the store, and pretty much before I knew it my car was ready to go.

this was a very positive experience, Nick the installer was Professional, efficient and explained the install perfectly, would recommend to anyone and would have Best Buy install my next audio device in the future!

The installer was very friendly and patient w/me as he explained things and made sure I understood what was being said to me. He did a GREAT job and in a very timely fashion. He finished ALOT sooner than he projected.

These guys know their stuff! Showed me how to work it all (yes it had an instruction manual)...but they OFFERED...which is so unusual these days.

I was so pleased with all the guys in the install garage from day one. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, very understanding. Big fan of all 3 of them!

The agents mounted my equipment in my car while I shopped in the store. They showed me how to use it. And later when I had a question, I dropped by and the agent came out to my car to help me.

Had to have a new stereo installed after mine had been stolen. The paid installation is totally worth it as the work is professionally done and Best Buy stands behind their installations if anything happens. Couldn't be happier.

I went in for a quote and they were not really busy so they fit me in and it only took them about 30 minutes to install and they pricematched so it was good value. Not to mention free install!

The installer was great. He explained everything, did an excellent job explaining how to work the equipment and did the job quickly and professionally. The equipment looks like it has always been there.

I was a little intimidated with my new radio because if all the features but Thd Geek Squad put me at ease. They were patient and talk to me on my level! Two thumbs up!

Plastic door opener cracked and no one told me. I completely understand if something gets broken but it’s just nice to know if something happened during installation.

The young man that installed the system was amazing and quick with his service so sorry do not remember his name but he also works at the Victoria, Tx Best Buy and James again was the best salesman

Geek squad installer was professional and courteous. He knew his stuff, and had me relatively in and out. I would definitely recommend having this guy install any components you need.

Unfortunately they couldn't get it installed in one day because the person before me basically ripped everything out. they had me bring it back another spent several hrs on had rewire whole system, no extra charge.

Excellent choice on stereo/Bluetooth car deck with geek squad service and practice was the best.

It is always a pleasure getting car installation done at our location. The guy is super helpful and very nice. He really knows his stuff and does a great job.
