My car stereo was installed beautifully. It looks like it came with the truck when bought new. It was done in a great time so didn't have to wait all day. Would recommend the Geek Squad to everyone I know.

Plastic door opener cracked and no one told me. I completely understand if something gets broken but it’s just nice to know if something happened during installation.

My technician was great. He installed my new car stereo system and thoroughly explained every function to me. He also left my car as neat and clean as when I dropped it off. I was very impressed withthe excellent service.

The guys who installed my car stereo did a great job. They also took the time to answer all of the questions that I had :) It is great to have a professional do this, especially if you don't know what you are doing :)

Not only did the installer do a great job and do it quickly. He was very helpful in showing us how to set up the blue tooth capabilities. Exceptional service...especially considering he was the only one in that department when we were there.

Our installer knew exactly what he was doing in the installation. Before the installation, he took the time to help us (being novices) shop in the store for the right deck for our vehicle. All around fine experience. Again.

That's the part that sold me, being able to return it to Best Buy and have them remove your stereo for FREE when you feel like it, like say when you sell the vehicle, or you want to move it into another vehicle.

I was told it would take an hour to install my radio but it took 45 minutes to finish. After I was walked through how to work my system and the guy had already preset all my saved stations along with the time.

Didnt take long to install. It was a reasonable price. it has excellent sound and has red light color to see well. It has a litle compartment in the bottom that you can put cd s in to avoid constantly gettting them from the visor or a case.

Great…but a part was missing to get Sirius Radio working!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little early and they were able to start my install right away. Service was faster than expected.

The install appears to be very professionally done as everything looks neat and clean ..no visible wires and everything feels solid. The installer went to work right away upon my arrival and was done in less than an hr.
