The installation that was done was excellent. I highly recommend having the installation done at Best Buy. The installer had great suggestions and saved it a little cash.

I made an appointment online a day in advance. When I arrived at the Best Buy in Kokomo, Indiana I picked out my Kenwood deck. The installer told me about some great sales and he had me in and out in under an hour and a half.

I went ahead and had them install the new stereo for my truck and they did an excellent job. Tested the stereo a second time before I got there and discovered a fault in the stereo, so they replaced it for me immediately.

I had a very pleasurable experience when I purchased my alpine stereo and had it installed. The installer did a fantastic job and was very professional. I would definitely recommend having them install your next stereo.

Initially, there was some confusion with the installer about my scheduled installation time. However, they were able to do the job without much delay. It was a clean looking install. And I am happy that I upgraded the speakers, and let the Geek Squad do the installation.

Other than the fact that the furniture in the waiting room is very uncomfortable, having my new radio installed was well worth the time and money spent. The fact that it's guaranteed for two years was a bonus!

I have a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia. I had only had the truck for a day. Had the guys in Grand Forks, ND do an install which took about 30 minutes. They figured out what wires were what pretty quickly. Very knowledgeable at what they are doing!
