When you come to Phil and Phil at pinole they know what they are talking about. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a ma and pack feel giving this Bestbuy great installation and service.

The 18yr old CD/radio was falling apart in my 26yr old Toyota. I got free installation included with the deck. The Tech was great as was the install. I'll use the radio and CD player mainly but I will work using the Bluetooth features in as needed.

The appointment time was easy to set up online and the work was started on time. I was impressed with the pre-installation inspection of the car and the professionalism of the installer. Great service and done on time.

Installer was very good. He said it would be an hour and he was right on time. He took his time going over radio features and how to connect phone to the radio through Bluetooth connection.

Had geek squad install a car radio for me. They did a great job. Was quick and professional. The only thing that annoyed me a little was when I had to reschedule my original appointment because they had broke the piece they needed for the install. Otherwise fine.

One regret: Best Buy is closing local service centers in favor of regional ones. Fortunately, I will still live near enough to avail myself of future installation needs

I didn't know what to expect from the install crew at Best Buy, but they didn't disappoint. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. They were clean and courteous, not leaving any junk behind in the car. Thanks, guys!

I have used the services of my local BB more than 1x. Randy runs the install shop. I trust his recommendation and have used him 3x so far and counting. Good value, great price, good advice. I am not going anywhere else.

The appointment began on time. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The install took less than half the time that had been scheduled. Be sure to have the make, model, and trim of your vehicle when scheduling your install.

My installer has done 3 for me now and his name is Victor at the LA Quinta Branch and he does AMAZING work. Clean work, explains, demos and has a great attitude.

Sean went out of his way to make sure my stereo worked properly. After a few hiccups with the stereo model synching with my iPhone Sean was able to make everything work perfectly.

The young man who installed my car stereo did an outstanding job. He courteous and completed the installation quickly. He identified a small problem with the ordered product and resolved it without a problem.

The installer was on time, did a perfect job installing the stereo, and did it in the timeframe he said he would. He then gave me a tutorial on how to operate the new car stereo. He was polite and very knowledgeable.
