The install on my car stereo was quick, faster than expected. I haven't had any issues with it at, sound is excellent. Price was a bit much The install cost more than the Sony CD deck, so that's disappointing

Best buy has always been good with me when my product messes up. They either replace it or I'll exchange it for something better. Just pay the price difference

We were told how long it would take for the install so we left the car there. It was done in just about exactly the time allotted. They explained everything and we were very pleased with this service.

The young man who did our installation was so friendly, he explained everything, and he was quick and accurate. I didn't have to go back, and I like knowing if anything happens, we can take the stereo back and they'll work on it for us.

Overall, I had a good experience. The technicians knew what they were doing and had the job done right the first time: it took about 60-90 minutes for the install, since they had to "hide" the old radio in the dashboard to retain my remote entry capabilities. I left ready to enjoy my new stereo!

Helping me to resolve my problem very patient. Great customer service. Just not happy with the sound from the system. Not the installation. He installed all the equipment very well and organized. I am very impressed by the work. Just want the sound match the work.

I have an old car and I needed a stereo so I was certainly not looking for expensive....... I bought this stereo because of the price and I ended up loving it!!! the sound is great and it even came with a remote, I love my stereo!!!!

The guy at the Holyoke Bestbuy is the man. He really knows what he is doing, My new speakers sound great and my car was back better than I found it.

The staff at the Gunbarrel Road location are extremely friendly. They were professional and took the time to answer all questions my husband had about the radio and installation process.

The service was done well. When I got there they gave me a time they thought it would be done. They actually ended up finishing earlier then that. Very pleased with the results.

We originally had our install scheduled at the Mansfield location, but due to their only installer having an accident, we were called to reschedule our appointment at another location. We were called by the Finley location (over an hr away) and was told there was an opening at the Wooster location (45 minutes away) later that week. I called Wooster and got the run around. between 5 phone calls, a manager and over an hour of waiting on numerous phone calls, they finally confirmed the opening and scheduled it. Once I went to the appointment, the installer was friendly and efficient (and in no way is my rating regarding him..but instead the customer service of the rest of the store staff). I had speakers and a CD player installed. Once I left, the radio worked. I returned home (over 45 minutes away) and tried a CD and it would not work. After calling the store back and once again getting the run around about speaking to the installer, he set up ANOTHER appointment. We went back to the store and had the problem corrected. This ordeal cost me numerous unnecessary trips, and multiple phone calls and not to mention stress. The individual that answers the phone for Wooster was rude every time I called. My husband and I have always dealt with Best Buy. This most recent purchase was put on our new Best Buy card. We intended to purchase entertainment items after this was paid off, but now we are just counting the days to pay it off and close the account. We are disappointed with how much we had to go through just to get a paid install done correctly. The Wooster installer is losing customers because his support system (in the store) is turning customers off.

I bought this with my Pionner car stereo, Best Buy did had a offer that the instsllation was free with the purchase of the stereo so the price was perfect. I could not be more happier with this installation service.

The guy that installed the stereo was great. He was very helpful and answered all questions. Even when the wiring on the car was messed up due to the previous owner, he fixed it with no extra charge. Great job!
