Purchased a single-din radio with free installation. Got to appointment and was told there was $145 in materials fees. Free installation is really free labor, which is fine. Unfortunately, check out system does not warn about extra cost except a $5 materials fee. Even states that the fee is for parts and labor for installation. So I engaged with a back and forth with an asst manager. Bottom line, website needs to disclose all possible charges.

Had a week of car trouble as soon as I installed the radio! Don’t no what happened but after it completely died and I boosted it no more problems.

This is my third geek squad installation and each one has been a perfect experience. Easy to make an appointment and they get you in and out on time. Never had any problems with any of the work done.

Justin in Annapolis is awesome; he removed an old blown system from our 2000 BMW and upgraded our sound, and did it right the 1st time. I'd drive 100 miles to have him do any other work for me.

I bought a replacement stereo so that I could play my iPod in my car. I needed special parts to install the deck and maintain my computer capabilities for the engine. The process went smoothly and I would use best buy again
