Did a great job installing. Left no mess behind. Looks factory. Nice job afterwards explaining how all the bells and whistles worked. I would recommend again.

The technician lacked customer service skills but I will say it was more that he is was overwhelmed with the amount of work he had to do. Best Buy needs more technicians.

Installer was able to install the deck quickly. Recommended the steering wheel controls which worked out great. Explained the features of the stereo when done and I was on my way. Awesome job.
