I am very pleased with the installation. I had to wait a month though due to lack of installers .miguel was super knowledgeable and helpful unlike the sales dept.

Easy installation at best buy in castleton. Friendly people and informative. The wait wasn't real long and fixed the problem with a new radio. A fraction of the cost that the honda dealer would have charged.

I did a lot of searching around. This is the best deal I found. Booking is simple. The geek squad was smart and quick and did it within 2 hours. They did a thorough professional job - no complaints.

The technician lacked customer service skills but I will say it was more that he is was overwhelmed with the amount of work he had to do. Best Buy needs more technicians.
