I arrived a few minutes late for my scheduled time and they fit me in quickly. The installer asked me how I wanted the deck installed and informed me of all the options. He asked me how I would like it programmed and did the work very quickly. He even asked me what color I wanted the face to glow as that was an option on the deck. I was out quickly and enjoying music from the new deck.

Installer was ready at my appointment time. I was satisfied with the installation and everything worked great. Harness failed after a week and installer troubleshooted and replaced the harness at no extra charge because it was within the warranty period. I would recommend Best Buy installation to friends.

The tech installed my deck etc. so much quicker then I expected. He also was very helpful on explaining how to use my system and answered additional questions I had. Such as wanting to install additional sound equipment. I will always recommend having Geek Squad help with installs etc.

It was a bit of a hassle,I had to reschedule because the installer was really busy (but that's a good sign,right?). When I came back,he quickly got it installed and it looks good,works perfectly. He set it up,helped me to grab the basics,it has performed perfectly. I've used Best Buy for car installations before,have always been satisfied.

Had a previously purchased radio installed in my vehicle. The installer was quick and efficient. Wasbdone in the timeframe he said it would be at the price the internet had quoted me. No hidden upcharges, which was nice. Would use again and will recommend to people looking for this type of work.

I am very pleased with the installation job that the installers provided. They clearly explained everything they were going to do and did exactly that in the time they predicted. I had an appointment which the installer was late for. I was also expecting a better quality installation. The mic was positioned in a bad spot, so no one is able to hear me when I'm using Bluetooth, they say I sound very distant. Radio feature isn't working either.

The guys took the time to make this installation perfect! Originally Id bought just the Sirius Player & he recommended to just trade the entire radio instead, I'm definitely glad we did, its a perfect installation now.

I bought the radio for my truck just after the pandemic started. I purchased it because I wanted bluetooth connectivity and it had free installation. Then the trouble started: I needed a mounting bracket. Best Buy didn't have it, so I found it via 3rd party. Then I needed a wiring harness, Best Buy didn't have it so I found it via third party. Then my job started working us 12 hours a day five days a week as essential workers and I never had time to get in to get it installed. Then, finally, in July of 2021, I got an appointment. Best Buy honored the free install and used the 3rd party items without a hitch. It took an hour and I was happy for it.

My scheduled install late as there were problems with one scheduled before mine. The reason for the late install were explained and I am glad I had other things to do while it was completed. Overall, I am very happy with the installation. Very professional and looks like an original car audio receiver. The installer also gave me a helpful tutorial.

The crew was great and the installation for my car radio went perfectly. Very helpful crew and would definitely recommend them for any installations.

All aspects of the install were very good except for the fact that the installer called in sick and the replacement could not come in until 45 minutes after my appointment. Otherwise the process went well and the stereo works great. The installer did go over in detail the operation of the stereo and answered all of my questions. He also gave me a refund for an item that he did not need for the install.
