The technician was a real pro. He installed the radio and all the components without a hitch and followed threw and made sure I was up and running before leaving.

I had an appointment right away with these guys they pulled out my old radio installed my new radio all in less time than they said they would I was very satisfied with their work.

The guys were great....not so much with interacting with the customers, but answered questions. The younger guy needed a bit more training when it came to knowing policies.

I always get the extended warranty they are inexpensive and worth the extra few bucks if any thing goes wrong. I never had a problem when ever I had to use them.
