He took the time to show me how everything worked, helped me connect my phone, even set the functions on my radio (level of bass, set my radio stations etc).

I went to have my radio and speakers installed there and was treated like a valuable customer. I would recommend them to any one looking for radio and or speakers installed.

The auto install professional was very courteous and professional. He was patient with me when I called with questions after I got home and was trying to adjust the sound settings on the stereo.

Great sound on new stereo and speakers. Install was painless, worst part was waiting 3 weeks for appointment but date comes and I am happy customer.

I had my cd receiver installed at a local Best Buy, the staff was extremely nice, even when the cd unit I brought in was faulty, they solved the problem and didn't charge me anything extra.

My daughter's first car needed a new stereo. Best Buy rep set me up with the entire package for installation, including the cost of installation at a different Best Buy. Good experience.

The geek squad installer was friendly and knowledgeable. The deck looks great and fits right in on my car. He even set up the audio for me and went over what the stereo does so that I would know how to use it.

The radio installation was well manored, knew what he was doing. After the installation was complete, he took the time to help me pair the bluetooth to my phone.

This is a great car stereo. It is worth the money! The sound is great, it only took 30 minutes to install, and the CD player works perfectly. You will be very glad you got it!

Even though i had to wait a few weeks i was pleased with the friendly service and fast install.The tech even offered to go over all the bells and whistles with me.

The installers are great. Keep you informed at all times. Make sure you are refunded for any parts bought that were not needed. Great!

The two Geek Squad members at the Bakersfield Best Buy were very knowledgeable and professional with the installation.
