I had a head unit, and 4 speakers installed in my Ram. Had a small issue so had to go back a 2nd time. They fixed it with no questions asked! Hats off to Laurence!

The best possible way to get your radio and/or car audio accessories in your car in a quick, stress free process. Doesn't cost much and it will save you a huge headache trying to put a radio in.

The install was quick and easy, and my installer did an amazing job! He was very thorough in explaining anything that we asked about and did a good job of explaining the finished insallation.

Everything is great except at the very end of the installation of my Sirius ready radio the guy said I never asked for an antenna for Sirius so it would not work. Wish he would have told me that at the beginning

Installation was great. The tech informed me of everything extra I would need to complete the install. Quick n effective.

The technician was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. The install was good but took a lot longer than planned. Kept having customers with no appointment interrupting his work. Best Buy needs to have someone who can intercept the no appointment customers.

Did a good job overall but was a little pricy. First Tech seemed to be pretty nice. Second Tech wasn't as much and I seemed to be a bother picking up my vehicle. Maybe they were having a bad day. Wasn't any instruction as to how to use any functions as well.

They did a great job installing my stereo and making sure i had all the parts i needed before i came in.

The online scheduling is what put it down to 4 stars. When I showed up for my appointment the technician was not there, he was at lunch. My appointment had not shown up until after he got back for lunch. He was very polite and professional the rest of the time.

Nice knowing that it was install correctly. Insulation didn't take too long but to set up an appointment they were pretty but had to wait 3 weeks

Tech's estimate of 30 mins to complete job was pleasantly incorrect. 20 mins was all it took and the job was perfect. All systems functioned as intended and my presets were done for me.

our installer was fast and did things correctly. he took the time to show us how to use the radio/cd player that he installed in our van. would use again.
