Jordan and Steve, the installers at the Best Buy in Traverse City treated me and my car with respect and did a great job recommending this product and then installing the product.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. I had to go to a different Best Buy for the installation. L it was easy to schedule and they were very knowledgeable on the parts needed.

Had the radio replaced in a 2006 Nissan pickup; new media player works fine, but installer left hairline cracks in the vinyl dashboard near the upper right and left corners of the dash opening. The installer did point this out to me, at least. Not much to be done about it after the fact, but that's why I paid Geek Squad instead of doing it myself.

Received free installation with purchase. (Did see where hardware not included). I personally went to the store to make an appointment and was told "NOTHING IS FREE", that he is the only installer and it could take time. When I pulled up my order to show him what all I purchased and informed him what kind of vehicle it was going in so I could go ahead and get the hardware he was not helpful. He informed me again that he was the only installer and he was on lunch just come back when I receive my product and he can actually see what I bought. He also said that more than likely I purchased the wrong size speakers... Needless to say I'm not looking forward to going back. Still haven't made appointment.

Agent was very good, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped set the receiver up and demonstrated the various functions, answered any and all questions.

We bought from Best Buy because they offered installation. It was a good decision. The installer helped with selection of the radio and the appointment went off without a hitch.

Had the team at Best Buy do the installation of a bluetooth receiver into my older car. They did a nice job hiding the wires and mounting the microphone so i now have hands free calling.

They were so nice and helpful. They also went and got a piece of equipment for my installation because I was sent the wrong piece.

I had no issues with the installation of my radio. The issue I had was I did not realize you had to set up an appointment to get it installed and that Best Buy cant do them the same day

the agent removed the stereo that was not working and replaced it with the original radio. in and out in less than an hour.

Have yet to utilize product due to car getting wrecked prior to receiving but have used geek squad installation several times previously and they do great job.

Best buy is the best at offering installations for TVs are Car stereos you cant go wrong with this service and its Guaranteed!!

Bought a great radio when Best Buy was offering free installation. I have purchased other equipment for vehicles in the past and they have always done great work.

The technician was polite, very knowledgeable and did a great job with the install.

They did a great job but was disappointed that they didn’t connect the stereo system to the steering wheel for the volume and channel changing like it originally has.

The agents were very professional and polite! I will definitely be coming back to get my subwoofer installed!

Bought this with discussions with a geek squad member. Meet my needs and expectations. Toggling through the menu can be cumbersome but it gets the job done. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase at the value I paid for.
