Very professional and great work looks very clean and works great this was a new stereo installation for my car only took them about an hour an a half to do the work but the waiting for an appointment was very long almost three weeks to get in

Techs were able to install my radio quickly. No damage and it all looked great. The tech took time to give me a tutorial about the functionality of the radio. Was fast and thorough. Set the colors just how I wanted it.

I thought about installing the head unit and amp in my daughters car, but my wife said no. I'm glad she did. There was a mix up in the schedule because I bought the HU and amp at different times but the tech worked until it was finished and it looks great. And there was a special running for discounted install. Double win!

Installer Tony is awesome. Always does such a great job. Makes everything look like it came from the factory. Always kind and always explains everything and gives me the opportunity to ask questions. Great Personality!!!!

I recently had a JVC 920 BTS CD Player installed in my 1997 Geo Tracker ! The install Techs (Jeff and Chris ) we totally awesome and very professional ! I appreciated them doing such a pro job and keeping me informed of their progress ! So Happy I chose Best Buy to purchase the CD player AND also have them install it !

The guys installed my new car radio in record time. They did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up, made sure I understood the basics of my new radio. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend them for stereo installation.

I'll say 1 thing for sure. Ian is a very dedicated technician and will get done exactly what he says he's gonna get done. My 2nd appointment turned out to b a NIGHTMARE for him. (Purely, my cars fault) I was scheduled for a 2hr appointment. My car had other ideas. I lost audio from my new deck, so I mentioned it 1st thing as I checked in. He was very positive about providing a successful result. After discovering NUMEROUS dilemmas that kept coming. He trudged through nearly 4 hrs of labor finding, figuring, and fixing each problem. Let me tell ya, he was smiling before he started.... but after that maze trials my car decided to give him, he was noticeably finished with the whole ordeal n done with it. Lol. Yet he still remained respectful n obviously happy and ready to help more. I appreciate you dude. Great job. Again, I say, 5 STARS

Needed to get a botched car stereo install fixed. Took it to Henry at the Best Buy here in Spokane Valley. My wife and I picked out and purchased the replacement car stereo, and speakers. The new stuff, mixed with a couple of components from our existing car stereo, and the music never sounded so good. Henry brought the car audio back from the dead, and we couldn't be happier.

The technicians are very knowledgeable. Helped me on three of my radios. I bought the radio on store. Set up appointment and installed. Nice job as to, it looks like the radio is factory. Good quality and wires tucked away.

He did a good job installing the stereo on the car. The only problem I have he didn't give me the instruction book to the stereo. So I had to go online and download the instruction book. Besides that stereo still working fine.

The technician at Best Buy was very knowledgeable. The installation of my new Pioneer audio system went smoothly. The upgrade to hands free cell phone calls, along with other features such as CD, USB input, AUX input, brings my ride up to modern features. Highly recommend the professional information provided by Best Buy.

I dropped my car of the night before my appointment, Nick stayed late and worked on my stereo installation. The next morning 30 minutes after my scheduled install time Nick called and said my car was ready. He did a excellent job with the install and everything sounds great. I highly recommend.

The agents installed my stereo hid all the wires amp and subs in my Lexus. They did a great job. Five stars all around. They even gave me recommendations on amps to install to go with my speakers. Will definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with the installer. He did a great job, and everything worked perfectly. He even synced my phone up to it for me , and explained how to work everything. I really appreciated all his patience and kindness. And the price was beyond reasonable. I expected to pay much more.

THE INSTALLATION DIDN'T TAKE LONG AT ALL. I WAS WALKED THROUGH THE OPERATION OF THE STEREO BY THE INSTALLER BUT I STILL NEEDED THE MANUAL TO REALLY GET COMFORTABLE WITH BUTTON PLACEMENT AND FUNCTIONS. ALL IN ALL THE GEEK SQUAD WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Overall everything went very well for my Deck Installation. The guys in the auto electronics station were polite and listened well. They made sure I had all the parts to properly install the system and I didn't have to wait long. After picking up my vehicle all parts were properly installed and work as advertised. Good stuff.

I bought the unit from a salesman. He ordered all the parts and they had to come to my home and then he made an appt. to get installed about a week later. The adapter piece did not fit as original, but the installer did a work around which got me a better stereo and for less money. Installer was awesome!!!!

Todd went above & beyond to install my new head unit properly. He fixed a shady connection the last installer rigged. He was extremely professional and helped me select a different unit that was better suited for my system. Sounds great now! I will certainly go back to Todd for future car audio needs.
