I had a Best Buy tech install my new cd/DVD player in my Dodge Ram which required him cut a portion of my dash. He was extremely profession and the finished product looked perfect!

Have yet to utilize product due to car getting wrecked prior to receiving but have used geek squad installation several times previously and they do great job.

Install took less than an hour. Started on time. Waited for the vehicle but you have to walk around the building to go in store.

The guys did a great job pulling out the old radio and putting in the new one along with two sets of speakers. The head unit looks and sounds great.

Had the team at Best Buy do the installation of a bluetooth receiver into my older car. They did a nice job hiding the wires and mounting the microphone so i now have hands free calling.

Drop off my car within two hours had my new radio installed also got paperwork if I Am not satisfied they will replace for free

I had no issues with the installation of my radio. The issue I had was I did not realize you had to set up an appointment to get it installed and that Best Buy cant do them the same day
