Timing was on schedule, took the time he said less than one hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say much else but he did a good job.

I was expecting them to have to hold my car in their shop for the whole afternoon. But they had it ready in the time it took me to go to the bathroom.

They did a great job but was disappointed that they didn’t connect the stereo system to the steering wheel for the volume and channel changing like it originally has.

I have a 1994 Nissan pickup that needed the mounting unit for a new stereo. With the age of the truck, I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a new stereo installed. Best Buy did not let me down.

Install took about 1 hour. Install tech only work by appointment. So make sure you plan ahead if you are trying to get a radio installed for a road trip.

If he would of unplugged the radio that came with the car, I think I would of maxed him out, he was very professional and carried a good attitude, knowledgeable on what he was doing, thanks
