Dropped the car and in about 2 hours the rep changed and he was very helpful in answering questions. So far works great. I did with a independent installer who could not fix the steering wheel interface. Only con on best buy is getting an appointment is very lengthy delay

Had new stereo for teenage son and it was well worth price! Appointment set up= smooth, Care and explanation of unit= fantastic, Aftermarket appearance= seamless. Teenage son reaction= HAPPY, IMPRESSED. Going back again for install someday. Love it!

The person that installed my radio, was great. My car had a radio in it, that had not been installed properly. The installer , was very conscientous, and made sure that my new radio was installed properly, and he showed me how to use all of the features on the radio, and even programmed my phone into it..

Geek Squad installed my new radio/cd player. It looks great nice clean installation no problems. I was given an appointment and they did all that they said within that time, on picking up the car I was given a full explanation of the product and could not have been more satisfied. Great job, I will use you again you can be sure.

I have had Best Buy install plenty of car stereos over the years and have never had a problem. This was a free install that was included with the purchase of the deck. The tech had it finished pretty quickly and did a really great job. Looks great sounds great. I would highly recommend them

Best Buy made this really easy and did a quality job with the install. After we bought this deck the salesman walked it over to install and it was ready to go when we brought the car in. We didn't know if they could install it with cut wires but they did an amazing job. It looks good and works great!

Instillation was good resulting in good connection. System has not failed.

This is a good AM/FM CD player that you can have two phones sync to the unit and use the hands free cell phone mic to make and receive calls. I like that I can listen to I heart radio and also listen to music that I have down loaded on my cell phone. Kenwood always makes a great product. I also like that I can control the tuner with an app that you can down load onto your phone.

The young man who 1st check me in was so polite, he informed me that the speakers that came with the stereo that I had previously purchased wouldn't fit my car. He walked me into the Best Buy helped me pick out a new stereo system and speakers that would fit in my car and was comparable to the other one and actually it's better than the 1st one that I had bought with a lower price. Once I had the correct equipment they explained how long it would take to install it and that they would call me when it was finished. Once my car was done I went and picked it up. The 2nd young man walked me through how to use my new stereo, some of the features that it had and explained the services that came with having them install it. I like the fact that if I have any issues for the lifetime of the product I can go back to Best Buy and they will walk me through how to fix the issue or if a replacement is needed they will have a comparable stereo and knowledgeable customer service representatives to help me with those issues.

Took only 45 minutes from start to finish to update my 1996 Z3 with an Alpine UTE-73BT head unit. Christian at the Roseville BB is a true professional. Clean shop, experienced installer, polite!

The technicians did a fantastic job. The technician was helpful. No wait time they worked on it quickly. The technician explained a few things to us about the car radio and speakers installed. The technician gave us a estimated time to complete and finished as he estimated which is a plus.

Very clean install. Intelligent and discreet microphone placement. Detected problems not within the scope of work. Explained the unit competently and succinctly. I could have done it myself, but you earn with experience, and so the install price was worth missing the aggravation and learning curve.

The team is amazing! Not only did they complete the work on time, they took the time after to make sure the system was working correctly and that I knew how to use it! Even down to preprogramming my radio stations before completing the install! I am a fan for life! You guys rock!

I was going on vacation and needed the stereo on my truck installed. BestBuy took care of it in under 30 minutes. They weren't busy so that probably explains why it was done so fast, but they did a great job and explained all the features to me. Free install too as part of the purchase.

I had a issue with my install. The service manager was nothing short of very professional when I explained my issue. He communicated very well. His team was able to fix my problem in a timely manner. I would recommend that if the installation team is questioning the quality of the out come of work they will perform? They should communicate to the customer before the work is started. This will help educate the customer to make the decision to perform the work or not. My issue was not with the installation of the unit and harness itself, but with the finished product of the custom fitting they had promised. All was made right in the end. I would have just appreciate the call before the work was performed to understand the situation. Always ask plenty of questions regarding custom fabrication before any work is performed regarding expected outcome.

I bought the Kenwood car stereo system from Best Buy and also have the Geek Squad installed it. Chris, who works at the Best Buy in Port Richey did the installation. He was professional, friendly and did a beautiful job of installing the Kenwood system. Thank you, Chris!

The Tech that put our stereo in was extremely knowledgeable did an awesome job and was fast. We have had it for about a month now and we have had 0 issues. He did a great job he was very kind and courteous and he had no problem answering are numerous amount of questions.
