I had a car stereo (purchased elsewhere) installed in the car my son is driving. The appointment startedon time and the install went smoothly. My son is pleased with the new radio.

Very outstanding job and they saved me money..... would definitely have them do anything audio for me in the future.

Have not had an opportunity to utilize all the functions yet but the ones used have been easy to set and/or use. Did no like that the microphone for the Bluetooth phone is visible in the headliner.

Bought the Geek Squad to install my radio. Work was great agent was friendly and knew everything about the radio. Showed me how to use my radio and connect the bluetooth to my iPhone.

Geek squad was very efficient and answered all of my questions/concerns with the respect and did not treat me like I was just a number.

Appointment and scheduling went well. Had to order a part, and was told it would be there when we came for the appointment, but the store returned it to wherever they had ordered it from. We specifically asked if the part needed to be picked up, and were told NO. This is not what happened. There should be some training given to the geek squad teams to educate them about what they are telling your customers.

Best Buy tech installed new stereo into car. Great job. Here was ready at Appointment time. Car ready when promised.

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job of installing the car stereo. I never even asked about the microphone for the bluetooth and they automatically set it up for us.

Geek squad is worth the money with your warranty. They will repair in some cases send product out but helpful overall.

Good clean work done very professionally.I have not had any problems with the double din and the installer showed me hoe to work upon completion of installation.

It was easy to deal with installing my old radio into my friends car which way removed for free before I sold my car, even re-installed my old radio. The process was quick and hassle free but did seem procey but all in all, worth it.

This was purchased as Christmas gift and the recipient was really happy. Installation was seamless.

The installer guys did a fantastic job with the installation of my new Pioneer Deck for my truck and checked my speaker connections for errors and all was good.

The radio was installed well under an hour even though it was estimated to take about 2 hours. The worker even said I didn't need a part so he saved me money as well!
