    The installation technician was very friendly and knowledgable. Since this is our second stereo in three months (car stolen) we were very bummed out. Techncian was very compassionate.

    Have not had an opportunity to utilize all the functions yet but the ones used have been easy to set and/or use. Did no like that the microphone for the Bluetooth phone is visible in the headliner.

    We checked to see if we could get the player installed the day we bought it by the Geek Squad. There was a cancellation and it was installed in less than 45 minutes. Really fast service

    The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job of installing the car stereo. I never even asked about the microphone for the bluetooth and they automatically set it up for us.
