Great service and experience. Ordered tuner online with store pickup and scheduled install at same store. Exceeded by expectations.

My installer really knew his stuff! He did a great job, helped me sync bluetooth and went over basic operations with me.

The texh was friendly and courteous. He explained the operation of the radio thoroughly and patiently. Very professional!

The install looks good. But had requested my windows not be rolled down any more then l had them. Due to gear issue drivers side especially. I had repeated that at least 3 times & once more before I left unfortunately the installer forgot or was not informed. When l was informed it was finish the driver's side window was all the way down. I now had to head hm & not do the rest of my errands. Could not leave items in vehicle with the window wide open... l have no trunk. My trip is around 60 miles round trip & was cold. I now have to have the door panel taken off so the window can be manually pulled up by someone who knows what they are doing since parts 4 my vehicle are no longer available except in a donor vehicle. Plus l will hv 2 go back out 2 finish my errands. Waste of time & gas. I also did not get much of a run down on how the radio works. I asked about a direction booklet. Was told needed to ck on line.. wasn't thrilled about that. Tho when l did get hm ck the box a booklet was in there. It helps, but being shown the basics would of been more helpful. I was very upset about the window could be why not much was shown about the operation of the radio. On a positive the gentlemen there were polite & courteous. I would have 2 think twice about getting I installation done again. There has to be a better better way to post information given by a owner so things like this are avoided in the future.

The guy who installed my car Stereo was very professional. Only thing is I would have liked to be helped programming it.

The BestBuy Tech did a good job. There was no no mess in the car when he was done. He took some extra time to help me configure the bluetooth which was very nice. It did take a bit longer than expected, but that wasn't a big deal

This is the 3rd car audio install from the Geek Squad for a reason,. Always professional and helpful made great recommendations and a clean install.

I walked in to have a pre purchased stereo installed and waited about 3 hours as 2 people were in front of me. The employees were nice and explained how to work the stereo once installed. I would have things installed here again.

I always have bestbuy install my stereo units and speakers. They are quick, easy appointments and professional. They even do a demo of the deck for you if you want

By the time I was still looking around the store. They came and said it was done. Taught us how to use it and helped sync up to our phones and away we went.
