The installation was estimated to be two hours, it was finished in one. Even with the mic installed near the rear view camera. Everything looks and works perfect.

Not the best experience. Scheduled an appointment to have a car stereo installed. Went to the appointment only to find out that one of the necessary parts for installation was out of stock. Would expect BB to be prepared for the installation since you make an appointment and the type of vehicle you have is known as well as the required parts. So took time off work only to waste my time for nothing. BB installation ordered the new parts which took 1 1/2 weeks to arrive. Another disappointment since you can get items within two days when ordering online. When the unit was finally installed, it was a fair job. Not as well as I'd expect from "professionals" since there was still a gap where the stock stereo was taken out. But definitely better than I could have done myself. So overall, I'd give it a fair rating. Had I known what I know now, I'd go to a true professional. But the stereo works and that's what's most important.
