Tech installed my audio system in my care nice clean installation very quickly and professionally explained everything to me and paired all my devices to it wonderful job

I had wanted to get my factory car stereo back after trying out a different one. It took less than 30 minutes for the installation and it was perfect. Costed way less than any other place.

I was given the option to walk around the store, but I stayed and watched the installer put in my new HD car radio. It was an interesting process to watch and the installer was very friendly. After the work was completed, he demonstrated all of the features of the new radio and set the preset buttons to all of the stations that I liked.

My system was installed at the Colo Blvd & Mexico store in Denver. It works fine and the installer was professional, friendly and took a few minutes to show me the basics of using it to get me started before reading the instructions. He did a good job and I am happy with the system.

It's been a very long time since I had anything installed in any of our vehicles. Let-alone from Best Buy. I have purchased quite a few other items from them but not a new radio to have installed. The guys I dealt with were all great and our installer Isaiah was exceptional because he was very polite, friendly, courteous, and personable. If ever he has bad days-which I'm sure he does at times-it wasn't on the days I dealt with him. He did an awesome job on our daughter's hand-me-down 2007 Honda Fit. Kudos to all those guys who work in the install department. Thank you so much for making our daughter's experience a memorable one!

It took a long time because the harness that I bought on Amazon had a part that did not work. I had to buy Best Buys and return the Amazon one which was not a big deal. The stereo GPS works beautifully! I only really needed the GPS and radio. I cant figure out the Bluetooth or the phone mirroring yet but I bought mine (a Corehan Android) on Amazon and paid to have it installed at Best Buy for $99 and he did a wonderful job! It talks, and the GPS knows exactly where I am and when I am speeding and it tells me!! Once I figure out the phone stuff I an pretty sure it will Bluetooth well too. I am very happy with the installation price. I really got my bang for my buck!! Excellent service! The guy was easy to talk too and I love his work!

The guys went above and beyond with the installation. They ran into a ton of issues with the old wiring. They had to trouble shoot so much. At the end it was amazing and they communicated everything so well. Will never go anywhere else!

The installer did a great job. No complaints there, as my stereo works great and the microphone was well concealed and picks up my voice perfectly. Only problem was that the process costs a little more than I expected once you add in the standard install cost, plus the kit, plus a charge for the microphone. Do your homework in advance to make sure you know exactly how much the entire installation will cost.

The installer did a fantastic job. His name was Pat, he took pride in his work and he also took alot of time explaining the unit and how to operate, I don't think you could find a better tech than him.

The installation on this stereo was perfect. I would definitely use this best buy on Colonial again for a stereo install in my car. They are very nice are quick to install and keep you informed. The look is fabulous and you can't tell they installed anything in you car. Clean install no wires can be seen.

I actually bought this head unit somewhere else, but they installed it for me. Even though there was a lot to install with all the accessories and the 2010 Tacoma doesn't have a lot of space they took the time to get everything setup and installed right. Very impressed. Thanks Justin

The guys in the car audio dept were great. My install was complicated by the fact it was a new dash kit as well. Tony keep me well informed while I waited. I appreciate the effort it took to do the install. I would definitely go back to these guys again.

I have installed car stereos in the past so I could've installed this one myself had I chosen to. I'm glad that Best Buy installed my stereo for me. I am not fond of working under the dash. The tech was friendly' efficient and knowledgeable. Well worth the cost.

The installer at my local Best Buy store was the most professional and courteous person I've ever come across. I was able to watch the entire thing and he did everything quickly and precisely. Took less than half an hour. It was awesome! I guess the installers at different stores may be different, though.

The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. They did an excellent job on the installation and explained thoroughly how to use the head unit. Technicians also connected my Android phone for me so I was able to immediately stream via Bluetooth and use Bluetooth for hands-free phone calls.

The techs were easy to talk to and knowledgable about the stereo I had purchased. Install was free for me, which was a plus. Quick and easy. After it was installed, tech spent about 20 minutes with me going over all the features and how to use everything.

Made an appointment for installation. Only had to wait for faceplate to be shipped as the car is 11 years old. Was told it might take an hour for installation. Job done in 30 minutes. Looks great,easy to setup. Installer went over everything and all features. Very pleased
