No way I could have handled this install without an expert. Luckily, Milan works for the Surprise, AZ Best Buy. Worth the cost!

You have to make sure you have all installation parts. Customer service is great. Installation service is kind of expensive.

When it comes to installing something that might mess up my car, I prefer it done by a professional. The car was put back together correctly and everything works. The placement of the mic for bluetooth was perfect.

didn't hook up satellite radio until I asked. I had ordered a jvc satellite radio online and asked for any parts I needed for installation when I picked up the unit in store. Took the accessories and stereo to the installation and left my car for about 2 hours. When I got back and asked if the instructions for ordering the satellite radio subscription was in the box the installer said "you wanted the satellite hooked up"? I had to leave my car again for a few hours. They did not charge me for the satellite hookup kit but it was an inconvenience.

So friendly and answered all my questions. Was quick install and explained how to use. Thank you for enjoying your job.

They were able to get my truck stereo in fast and in a timely manner. Also provide parts that were missing from an open box.

Install tech was helpful and quick. Install was done earlier than expected and everything works. Feel like stereo could look at little better, but think that's just bc the trim kit is cheap.
