I really enjoy my new stereo. Love the controller and that my phone hooks up to it and I can talk hands free. Still learning all the features and everything it can do. The only draw back that I can tell is that when Best Buy installed it my remote lock no longer works.

Install looked good, was supposed to be FREE. The installer & the manager tried to charge me for the installation-not showing paid in computer, lower priced stereos don't have free installation, etc. I had to find proof or pay again to get car back. Luckily I found the email receipt on my phone.

The customer reps installed the radio system efficiently and in a timely fashion. They were professional and customer friendly. No complaints. We are loving the satellite radio system. Just what we were hoping for. Thank you.

The installer that installed my stereo in my truck was great. Bluetooth microphone was perfect and the deck is great. They got to it at my appointed and took about an hour. No problem at all.

Once again this is another review on the stereo installation. They installed for speakers, the stereo deck, and one subwofer. They had to fix a lot of the old stuff that was not right and the work truck. They fixed it all and came through like Champs.

The guys in the auto car/radio Geek Squad are fantastic. They know the products very well. Due to the price of the radio, there was no installation charge, which was wonderful. The technicians also took the time to explain the options we were considering for our car radio. These guys also work well together as a team. We had used them once before to install another car radio and they were great then as well. Making the install appointment was easy, they ran on time and took the time to explain the new radio options and setup for us. GREAT JOB. Even our auto mechanic recommended them! We could not have had a better experience.

Great work done in a very timely manner. Radio works great. Looks very good in my old SUV. While it is no longer a newer vehicle, now I have a modern radio with hands free technology for my phone.

The gentleman who installed a new stereo into my wife's vehicle did it quickly and it looks great! He even showed my wife how to operate the different functions and got the bluetooth working with her phone. Was a very enjoyable experience.

The guy who swapped out the stereo for me was a complete professional. Work was completed well within the provided estimate. It looked great. Even offered to demo the new functions and features of the stereo. Would definitely have work done with these guys again.

The Technician had actually advised me on what I should look forward prior to purchasing a new radio/CD player. He was able to install the radio/CD player quickly as I had no appointment. He even explained all the functions of the radio/CD player to me.

The agent was ready for me right on time. He confirmed the service and completed the car audio system in a timely manner. When he was through he showed me how to use it and helped me with several questions. He was the best!

Dropped off Explorer for install - walked to restaurant to get food. waited for call - done. Everything working as expected and tech gave us a quick verbal walkthrough of connecting our phones to it before we left.

I could not have ask for a better installer. He allowed me to sit in the and I read my book, an before I knew it he was finished. But what makes Best Buy so wonderful they are there when you walk in and there ready to take care of there customers. The young man even told me of a good place to get a bite to eat. I am a diabetic, my blood sugar was dropping and I ask was there some place good to eat with walking distance. He said yes mam, you go out the front store, go right, and there is a really good place to eat two doors down. And he was so right. AS a matter of fact I told my husband about it and we went to eat there. And I have been again my self. I thanked the young man very much. He said no problem mam, just trying to help out. Hats off to this young man.

Thee guys worked diligently and had everything installed and looking better than original equipment. They explained how things worked although my Grand had already learned the workings of her new Kenwood, It has taken me longer but everything is good to go

Really nice guy, very professional and efficient. Sat with me after install and made sure I knew how to operate my new stereo. I had to go to a different store for this since my store didn't have an installer on staff which was a bit inconvenient though.

I brought my truck in to have the stereo replaced and the tech did an excellent job! He made sure to clean up after himself and he even reprogrammed my preset stations when he was done. I would definitely recommend their service!

Looked for a basic radio with a CD player for a reasonable price and wanted it installed. I was assisted by a Best Buy rep who helped me choose one and scheduled my install. The install was fast and easy and everything works great. Very pleased!
