    It was ok. The employee was very nice and accomodating, but he messed up my cigarette lighter/charging port, so now I can't charge my phone in the car anymore.

    I was able to get the install done the same day I purchased the CD deck. Was told it would only take a couple of hours but it took a few more than 2. Still got it same day.
