Darren at the Lynnwood store is the best. The stereo and speaker installation was a tough one, but he got it done fast and it looks and works great! He'll be doing my Garmin backup camera next! I highly recommend him for whatever you need installed.

I have no complaints as the Service Department did a fantastic job installing my NEW KENWOOD Receiver as well as the two new Kicker Speakers I bought to complement this Receiver within a very short amount of time...

Recently had a stereo installed in our son's car for his birthday. The installers were very professional and speedy. They did take thier time and explained all of the parts needed. Once they started the install it took them less than 30 minutes. we were very happy with the results.

Even though the installation fees for my stereo and four speakers cost about as much as the stereo, I'm glad I had them do it. They are the experts, and were able to do it in about an hour. It looks good, sounds good, and doesn't have any rattles or loose wires. Well worth the price.

Geek Squad in Levitown did right by me and they are legit. I bought them a 20 year old Mercedes wagon for stereo install. I asked then before any work was done if they had done this work on other Mercedes wagons - same model, year, etc. They confirmed that they did and they proved this by educating me on the system itself and some parts that i bought that was not needed for the install. Would I bring a Bently or Lambo to them? Probably not. But the Mercedes Wagon is not a Lambo, just a sweet discreet wagon.

It took almost half the day for the install when I was originally told it should take no longer than 90 mins to 2 hours. Since I had another car, the wait time didn’t bother me, however if I didn’t have an extra car or somewhere to go I probably would’ve been furious due to the lack of communication on it taking so long. In all fairness, they did tell me it would take a “little longer” than originally stated since my old stereo was a street job with extra work needing to be done to get everything A1. I just didn’t expect a little longer to mean 2-3 more hours. Anyway, When I got my car back the tech who did the installation went over instructions and gave me a quick tutorial on how to use everything. Techs were friendly. Overall I’m happy with the service and installation.

The installers at Best Buy did a great job installing my CD player. It looks like it was installed at the factory. They were knowledgeable and everything was done quickly and on time. I was very pleased overall.

They did a great job! Were very accommodating to my Sunday schedule and even showed me how to use my new radio when i arrived to collect my car.

These installers at Best Buy are the greatest. Not only did the do an awesome job installing my unit. They took time to go over all the features of the unit and how to adjust everything. Worth every penny. Will use again for sure.

Chris was responsible for the install and he was great! Besides explaining the process to me, he also showed me a couple of issues I might have with my car that were involved in the install. After pairing my phone, I was all set to go! Great job Chris!

Guy switched out my old car stereo with a new one that I bought. Didn't give 5 stars because there wasn't much to choose from and new one is a little complicated but hey it works.

Installed new radio in my 1999 Honda CRV which is a very difficult model with a lot of dash and panel access necessary Did a clean job and looks great Tech missed reconnecting hvac system Had to return next day and they fixed immediately Redemption for the Geek team

It was a friendly service, they installed the radio correctly and everything functioned well. The only reason of 4 stars was the wait. They weren't able to get to my car until a little after an hour pass my appointment schedule time. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Got me in last minute, got me out in an hour, the day before a poorly planned road trip, so we had Bluetooth fun and google map sound available for the drive. Left no garbage smudges or scratches, everything works great.

Matt from the Geek Squad installed my new KENWOOD stereo CD player very quickly while I waited for it to be installed. I appreciate the time he installed it. Plus it still works great today. Thanks Matt.

The tech (Nick I think his name was) was great. The job was done very well, neat and clean, everything worked perfectly, and he worked around my schedule since I had a lot going the day of installation.

I used the Best Buy in Hiram, Ga for my install. Chris did a great job in less than the time expected. He showed me how to use my new radio and how to set it up, although he had already done most of it. Would highly recommend this location !!.

Had issue s with appointment scheduled cancelled, rescheduled at El Cajon. The technician was very helpful and knowledged on what parts I needed to install my new car stereo. Installation was fast and well done.
