Geek Squad has always taken care of installing my car stereos for many years. Never ran into any issues.

The tech was very friendly and let me know up front that it was possible something would get damaged when removing the old radio because of the age of car. I appreciated that and the fact that he was able to get it out without doing so. He also recommeded an adaptor so the car camera could be wired to it and free up the cigarette lighter for a charging device

I received a car stereo for Xmas then called to have it installed. I was told to order a specific part number on my own then call to schedule the appointment. Another week went by before I received the part, I had no idea what it was. I called to make the appointment but it was not till another two weeks. Ugh. This is dragging on too long. The expertise of the installers was incredible, they got it installed within 45 minutes however when i picked it up I had to pay for yet another part they had that I have no idea what it was. I wasn't told my old stereo was still in t he car, I had to ask. There is a sign on the wall that says installation comes with a demo of the stereo to show me how to use it, I didn't get that offered whatsoever. They had me go on my way , but I stayed in the parking lot looking at my new stereo trying to figure it out. While they were smoking cigarettes 10 feet away, they finally asked if I wanted them to show me how to use it. I shouldn't be asked, it should just have been done. The review sounds like it was a god awful experience , but it wasn't. I just think it could've bee handled better to accommodate me, the customer who bought the stereo, the part I was told to get plus the installation cost. I still do not know how to fully use my stereo. I don't know why I have to begin a song on my iPod then plug in the USB for a song to play, it begins to play seconds into a song. I will figure it out one day. I have no clue how to use the hands free phone thing they installed either.

The geek did an excellent job installing my off the market car stereo they had to use a different harness with some conversions. They were very patient in execution their job and everything went well

What a great experience and great guys! I really appreciate the time and effort put in to my Misubishi. Not an easy job I hear. The KENWOOD works great and I’ll be back for more speakers soon!

The man knows what he's doing. He did a great job and left my car as clean as it was when I brought it in. He installed a receiver, and did it well.

Our installer really knew what he was doing & showed us how everything worked after installation was completed. He made sure we could work all the functions before we left. Great experience at Best Buy!

I had Best Buy install my new radio and they did an amazing job. They were quick and clean and showed me how to do a few things with my new Pioneer that made the transition to the new radio very easy. I highly recommend this service.

Scott in Arundel Mills was great. He installed my radio without a problem. The first tech in Lanham told me he could not get my dash off therefore he could not install my radio.

We were very pleased with the installation of our new stereo. The technician was very helpful in showing me how to connect my iPhone via bluetooth and made sure we knew how to use the stereo before we left the store.

My wife had an old cassette tape radio in her car and wanted to go to a cd player slim design, so they needed to fill the gap with a tray. Everything looks good and we have had no problem, so the device is doing what it is supposed to be doing

The installation was done right and comes with a lifetime warranty. The install manager took the time to show my wife how to sync her iPhone with the radio. He also told us if we ever decide to get rid of the car, Bestbuy will uninstall the radio for free. Very pleased.

Never used this service before now. They did a great job at the installation and walking us through how to use the new deck. No issues whatsoever.

Purchased a Pioneer radio from Best Buy and had them install it in my 94 Ford Ranger. Appointment process was easy, they contacted me to confirm the day before. Got right in and they installed radio while I waited. Radio works great.

Installed my player and went over functions. Installer was courteous and professional. Works great in my Crossfire and the sound is nice and loud.

The installation was quick, however, the first time they installed it, my A/C buttons on my dash stopped working. I was able to bring it back and have it fixed free of charge.
