It was easy to find a time to schedule for them to conduct the installation as well as it not taking a lot of time at all. Very professional and the installation itself looks very clean. Recommended.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my JVC double din receiver. I thought it would take an hour or more but the entire job was finished within 40 minutes. They removed my old JBL receiver and replaced it with the new one and everything was done correctly and I have been enjoying my new radio and CD player. It's good to know I can still count on Best Buy and their Geek Squad service to provide outstanding service. If you're buying a new radio receiver or anything else that needs installation, I highly recommend using the Geek Squad service.

Great job by the audio guys. Everything looks like it could have been done at the factory. The guys even showed me where the dealership messed up reinstalling a door panel last time it was in for service.

Best Buy can vary as much as any other place. I personally know and have met some Geek Squad CarFi installers who are fantastic and dedicated, and I've also met the more incompetent end of the spectrum. Dalton Blake “Auto Tech Installer II” did a fantastic job! His knowledge and workman ship was excellent. I had a stereo installed in my 2011 Toyota Tundra SR5 “Pioneer MVH-S622BS & four Rockford Fosgate R165x3 6.5 180W 3 Way Speakers”. I highly recommend Geek Squad in Hot Springs Arkansas.

Very pleased with Beat Buy’s auto stereo installation. We purchased a new Sony receiver at Best Buy and installation was included. Quick and easy. No issues or concerns.

The installers were able to get me in same day and had the installation complete in a few hours. So far the system sounds great and looks professionally finished.

From the staff that walked me through the buying process and Josh that installed, so far no problems everything works great. The bluetooth works great. Will have the backup camera installed this month to complete the system.

Purchased a radio for my daughter's car along with this installation package. Tech was extremely knowledgeable and installation was handled perfectly, timely and professionaly.

We had our new radio installed in the Aurora Illinois store and the Installer was fantastic. He not only installed the radio so that it looked like it had come in the car when it was new; but he patiently taught my son how to use it.

Installation was done in a timely manner. Only thing I would suggest is that the installers would offer options and assistance with items installed. For example, my radio came with a hands free speaker and they didn't even offer were to install it they just put it by the visor, previous installations on a similar car they put it by the dash where the speed gauges were, I like that it appears more custom but this what not suggested by the installer at all. Another thing is every time I've had my radio installed by BestBuy they give me the keys and on my way they send me-no offer to show you how to use your newly install equipment. I can usually figure it out but that extra help would be a nice personal touch to their expensive installation service ...just saying...BestBuy!

The installation looks, great unit sounds great. Very satisfied with the quick installation, and I LOVE the feature that they will put the old (broken) OEM unit back in for free when it comes time to sell the car

The guys in car audio are amazing. So I had a 10:30am appointment and I get there and realize i forgot the radio I had purchased and was delivered to my home. The radio was being put in my 16 year olds car so all he had to do while driving was say call mom or whomever. The guys told me just run home and get it and I live in Lexington. I went home got the radio and they got me right in and had the radio installed in less then 15 minutes. Those 2 guys deserve a raise. Employees like them are hard to find so Best Buy should make sure they take care of Employees like them.

The car sound installation service at BestBuy is like a hidden gem. They did an amazing job, professional work and extremely courteous to work with. The only draw back in my case was that even though I bought the car stereo from BestBuy, the installation cost was not included because it was an online purchase. If you buy in store, the install is free, which is amazing.

Very courteous and fast installers. They installed a head unit in a '96 Ford Taurus. I brought my own bezel since the factory unit is integrated into the existing dash. They managed to do the install within a couple of hours. Very professional.

The tech installed a new pioneer car stereo in my 2006 chevy equinox and it works great no problems he even showed my how to operatte the functions of the controls before i left
