My old radio wasn’t installed properly. When they installed this radio they let me know what extra things I needed. The radio works great and I’ve had no problems with it.

My local Best Buy store did not have an installer so I had to drive twenty minutes to another store after making an appointment. The first thing the installer told me is that I didn't have all the parts needed, and they were not in stock so we'd have to reschedule. He noted the store clerks who helped me were not knowledgeable about the kits needed to install the radios so that happens often. However, he made a point to call me two days later when the part came in, and squeezed an appointment in so we could get the radio installed before we went on a trip. We really appreciated the installer's consideration in doing that. He did a great job. Absolutely no issues and it looks as if it were factory installed.

This is an awesome radio! Little did I know, came with a microphone for handsfree talking. I was just looking for a radio to replace the one in an older car and it is better than the I have in the newer car.

The installer did a great job of installing the JVC stereo in my 2003 Nissan Sentra. It was a clean install and stereo works great. I also received free installation on stereo.

For the price this is a very good stereo. The sound quality is great and the Bluetooth connectivity works very well. The only negative is that it's pretty hard to see the display when the sunlight is directly over the device but it's really not that big of a deal.

My car has a wonky and difficult dash to work on. You really need someone who knows what they are doing. This is my 3rd deck install and it's the best done since the factory. Well planned and well done.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the agent. I have older basic car but was treated with respect . The end radio intalation looked great - just what i was after.

The installer (Adil) was absolutely outstanding! It turned out that the factory car stereo unit wasn’t busted but the factory amp it was connected to was bad. Adil was able to hook up the new Kenwood deck by bypassing the factory amp. It sounds great and has so many more features than the Original equipment deck on my 2004 Lexus. He was extremely helpful in explaining the deck functions and getting our phones hooked up. This was definitely the best service experience I’ve ever had with any product at any store! Thanks for a great job Adil!

the install was clean with only a couple of minor exceptions. i had to push a little bit of weather strip back in, very minor. the other issue was the microphone would tap on the windshield. a tiny bit of adhesive foam strip solved that

The installation was fast and clean. No mess afterwards to clean up. The installers done a little extra work, with no extra charge. I am very happy with my experience with Best Buy.

Frank was tech. Installed in time allowed. Helped with basic set up functions. Guided for other functions. Did not have to read 300 page owner manual. Works just fine. Now rockin on road trips.

The installer was ready to start the installation at my chosen appointment. After installation, they took the time to demo the product and synced the Bluetooth for my daughter's phone.

I bought a new Sony car stereo and had my original car stereo installed at the Mountain View location. I made an appointment, drove there, left the car as it took a little over an hour for the installation, and paid 80$ for the service. They offered to either recycle the old stereo, or for me to keep it with the receipt in case I wanted to install the old one for free. Very satisfied
