Needs better service

Was sent to another location because the tech at my location was too busy and no one there to assist. Had to drive 20 miles out of my way 2 twice since when I got there the part wasn't available.

Have plenty of time to wait

Had to wait well past our appointment time to get started and then it took several hours with the only notification when we stopped by at the times we were told it would be ready to find it out would be longer.
