The summary says it all. The radio was installed quickly, efficiently and the radio works perfectly. The technicians told me it would take approximately 45-60 minutes to install the radio. They were done in 45 minutes.

It's not bad. The only issue I have is that I have to reconnect my phone with bluebooth at least once a week. And It could be something I am doing wrong, who knows. But other then that it's all good.

The installation staff were friendly, ready to begin work at my appointment time, and finished ahead of schedule. It was well worth the price to have it done right quickly and easily.

The professionalism and expert info provided by the installers was well needed and appreciated, They did a clean quick install without problems.

The installer was very friendly and courteous. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the installation process. He installed both a Bluetooth radio and remote start at the same time. The install took about 2 hours longer than estimated. Everything works fine, but I was disappointed to discover that where the headliner meets the windshield it wasn't tucked in. Not sure why it was undone to locate the remote start receiver in the center above the rear view mirror. One installed on my car 3 years ago was in the corner at the top left of the windshield, which is where this installer located the microphone for the phone communication through the radio.

The Sony receiver went on sale, and installation was still included, I couldn't pass that up. They were fast and did a great job. Thanks !

I had my stereo installed, but the Bluetooth only works 1/2 the time. I can call out with it, but cannot receive calls with it. I also think there's a short in the wiring somewhere.

Courteous and professional installation. Because I had a non-OEM radio previously, there wasn't any installation kit required. Didn't take long and Best Buy electronically recycles the old radio.

The Techs installed a Kenwood radio in my 1999 Ford Ranger and it looks better than factory worn . They were very professional and will defiantly use them again

It has all of the items (UBS port, Blue Tooth with easy to install microphone) to update my needs. The CD player is excellent also. The sound is clear, especially for a convertible. Good Unit.
