    In stalled my radio but I can’t turn volume up

    Installed my car radio and now I can’t turn volume up cause the radio will shut down ... called to asked what they could do and the said nothing ..... paid a lot of money for the kits and it shouldn’t be cutting off

    Brian at the Woodland Hills store is absolutely incompetent. I think he's on major pain pills (walking with a cane and a huge foot brace). which is making him loopy! He messed up my install order time, and I had to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks. He also didn't ask for my email when ordering a part. They then couldn't notify me that it was in, and now it's "LOST" somewhere in the store. I will NEVER use Best Buy again....EVER!!!!!

    Cancelled installion. Problem with Tech.

    Installation tech called and tried to pressure me into installing the radio. I informed him the unit would not fit in space in dash without having dash cut. He kept telling me he trains the techs and he knows the radio will fit. I have had at least 4-Explorer Sport Tracs and I have installed radios in each of them however the backs of the new unit I purchased did not come off so unit overall was too large for dash. He kept pressuring me about he can make it fit . I immediately and sternly informed him NO, as I too know what will/will not fit. I turned everything back to store. Very dissatisfied with the Pentagon City installation department.

    Would not go and get another radio install buy them again was not happy with it it was hafe fast and not done right had to go home and redo the hole thing the only thing that was done right was the mic for the most part other then that I would never go to them ever again

    Worst technician I’ve encountered yet . Lazy , hooked up radio , no steering wheel controls , couldn’t find hole under dash to run power wire to battery . To lazy to really check I had to do it myself .

    Absolutely awful. Still am waiting for the at LEAST $50 best buy gift card I was promised in the BB chat, and the store manager. The installer broke 2 items on my sons car, he is a young driver, didn't tell him so he drove home in the dark only to surprisingly find out his brights were broken and the lever to turn on the wipers was as well, so he could not use them. Negligence all of the way. It is weird the check everything to see what works and what doesn't before the install, but not afterwards. So, please, do not have BB install ANYTHING. Not to be trusted.

    The Geek squad has value for installation services. The Geek squad is a joke for servicing your computers. I've been down that road with them several times.

    I paid the geek squad to install a car radio. Installation was not done correct some of the radio features are not usable. Last radio I purchase from and have installed by Best Buy.

    I actually canceled this installation and did it myself, even though I'd purchased a product partially based on the free installation. It's just that the shop was so backed up it was quicker and more convenient to do it myself.

    I wished there was lower rating that I could give. Set up appt arrived before scheduled time only to find that installler had called out and we weren’t notified. drove an hour time wasted. they called rescheduled and once again I was let down. installer texted he might be sick might be there could I come in later. NOT AWAY to do business. tried contacting store and managers no one calls back.

    Called me 2 hours before installation and said there employee who installs radio called in sick that day and would call me back when they could install the radio..up to this point no phone calls and no radio has been installed..that's why I bought the radio at bestbuy cause the free installation...Now it going to cost me more money to get the radio installed..bestbuy is not a good store anymore take ur radio business some where else...

    The bestbuy employee botched the install and ripped out the cable that made my car able to start. After fixing that they accidentally ripped out the line for my oil pressure which ruined my shoes and cost 200 dollars to fix. Overall it was the worst experience I have ever had in a retail environment and just not worth it.

    No service was done. I was running around the store trying to figure out to go about getting and installation done. And all the workers were giving me attitude and not helping until the guy in the front who greets everyone kindly told me that I’m suppose to drive my car to the bag which I didn’t know and kept asking people how I do it and where I go. They didn’t want to help me even though I was only late to my appointment due to poor communication all over the store. I wouldn’t recommend going to this specific location.

    Had jvc radio with Sirius. Install didn't take very long. Went home to set up Sirius, didn't work. Went back to best buy and asked why it didn't work. The installer told me i needed the Sirius antenna. I told him that when I set up appointment i specifically said i needed the whole kit and that i have Sirius. They ordered parts and sent to my home. I went in with everything that was sent to my house. They didn't order the special antenna for sirus. Asked installer why they didn't order antenna and he said " I only install what they give me" I will never again trust best buy to install anything.
