Not able to finish the job

The AM station did not work. After calling 3 times, they scheduled an appointment. They put in a new antenna and it still doesn't work. They cannot fix it.

I felt like he rushed my install which caused issues with my heat not working properly...even though it worked just fine before the install.

I was very disappointed from the installer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At the begging, he ask me to pay $82, and he didn't check that I already paid before, ( I can't have reservation confirmed without paying). then what I actually paid was $104, for 2 more spare parts, but he installed a different part that he want me to pay, He can make the deduction and give me the refund, but he didn't even call the store to know, he ask me to walk to the store and see with them the problem. After i came from the store, he didn't show me what he did, he give me the keys and that is the job done. He was very rude.

Disappointed NO INSTALL!!

I understand I was late but the process is ridiculous so I’m opting out to reschedule because it’s so pushed back and no convenient times!! I don’t feel like anyone wanted to help me (the people in the front) honestly and it seems the guy who does the Install is behind his words not mine he tried to reschedule but No one went over and beyond to help and it sucks so I’m going to pay someone else to install my radio !!

Then I found out that no stores in this area had an available appointment for months if at all. When I did get an appointment, I was told that it was only a consultation. Why would I need a consultation on something I already knew? I've known that Best Buy products are garbage. Now I know their service and customer service are garbage as well.

Geek Squad Arrogance

He would not acknowledge my presence at the desk. I did not feel valued, I was upset, and took my business to an audio installer spending $530.00 that I had not planned to spend. One saving grace was an electronics rep that tried diligently to schedule an appointment. He is the only reason I have not opted to take my business to Ebay, Amazon and Crutchfield.

Less than fair focus on improving Car Audio Dept.

Best Buy populates ONE installer per store. So terrible. I worked at Circuit City, where we had 2-4 installer/salesmen at all times, one to support the other. My local Best Buy store installer left that store. My store had NO installer for weeks, so no help where it was needed, and terrible pressure on the next nearest store to complete installs for the needs of 2 stores... Best Buy dropped the ball on the only product I CAN'T get online, the only thing they can seize the niche market: a comprehensive electronics installation. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Car Radio Install

The installer lost my remote to my new radio that was being installed and failed to replace it. I have to return back to Bestbuy to have correctly install the interior dashboard a 2nd time due to sloppy work. Spoke with the MOD about this and he showed not empathy nor care that I had an issue. More concerned with socializing with other staff. No wonder Amazon is kicking brick/motor stores!

Geek Squad Cancelled my installation appointment

The poor service I received in my life, the admiration and the loyalty what did I have for the store now is nothing. I have been a customer since you opened and always my first choice for the purchase of all my equipment and accessories, TV, iPad, tablet and others, but now I think twice and look for other alternatives

Got charged, but never got the service

Still waiting for my gift card refund, but working with the .com number results in getting transferred to the store which results in the store management stating their hands are tied. Store management and Geek Squad employees clearly never communicated as I made several phone calls and was assured by Geek Squad employees all would be fine. Thanks for taking care of the disabled person. Felt personal. Hours of wasted time. They can keep my money--as if it's headed my way anytime soon anyway--and I'm happily enjoying my new system from Crutchfield! Amazing customer support and free install items when necessary.

Not good communication

Installation Failure
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mercedes-Benz should know; factory-installed sound systems cannot be changed. Attempting to change will cause a corruption of systems bundled through the factory installation which causes a failure and faults becoming rampant such as the SRS system, disruption of the heating and vent system. It caused a mess in my C240, necessitating >5 return trips to Best Buy. After printouts of >15 faults in these systems were provided to Best Buy, they refunded all except for the installation cost. Apparently I had to pay for their ineptness for not knowing it was impossible to even do such an installation in the 1st place.

Terrible experience

Another car had took longer than expected and I got bumped from that day. No other times were available for me to get the radio installed. I didn't even get a call from Best Buy telling me that I was not going to be seen that day. My time was in the middle of the day (2pm) and they couldn't fit me in before they closed for the day. I had taken the afternoon off of work to get the installation. Very dissatisfied with the service. Definitely will not be returning to Best Buy.

Terrible experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thought it would be convenient to have Best Buy hang out TV. The installer cut a wire in the wall. I was left with no power and no tv on the wall. I am out $370 for the electrician that had to fix the cut wire and I still have holes in my wall that need to be repaired. I have spent 3 afternoons waiting for contractors and Best Buy is giving us the run around. I haven't even been refunded for the $250 I paid for installation that I didn't get. To say we are not happy, would be an understatement.
