    The agents refused to install my unit in the Grove City, Ohio location after installation was supposed to be free. Reason was my car is too old and they were afraid parts would damage. Still bought the product and installed my self no issues. Best Buy told me they couldn’t do it until a day before the appointment. Honestly I think they were being lazy.

    Wish the guy would have taken the time to show me how t o operate it, and to pair with phone, was told would take hour only took 30mon so he had time to do this

    Best Buy tried to accommodate, but just didn't work out. We did it ourselves and it works just fine.

      Having a new stereo installed is always something to look forward to, and we are sorry to hear your local Best Buy was not able to locate an Autotech to complete that service for you. I'm glad to hear you were ultimately able to get the job done yourself, and hopefully you are enjoying it!

    I purchased an in-dash audio system from Best Buy and had Best Buy install the unit. The audio unit has been great, but the installation was very poor. Within a month, the audio unit worked loose and "flopped around" in the car dash. Then when I called the Best Buy store where the installation was performed, I was told that that particular store no longer did installations (obviously for good reason). So, I had to take the car to a different Best Buy store across town to have it properly installed.

    The agent did a fine job inatalling my radio but did not properply connect my harness into the steering wheel interface, also cannot use my phone in the car. No customer service at all! Monroeville, PA "Best Buy" sucks bad.

    The geek squad tech or rep called me as I was walking into the store to inform me the car installer was out all day and would need to cancel my appointment. Which would be fine but they knew he would be out first thing in the morning and waited until my appointment at 5pm to call me and let me know. I drove an hr and half to be canceled right when I walked in the store.

    not happy with the install. then AFTER we find out we need new speakers when we could have come over, bought new speakers and had them install. Now we have to pay an additional install fee and wait another week to get it scheduled. we did not get the stereo box or instructions and realized it when we went to program it 2 days later. it also took 12 hours for the install. NOT HAPPY.

    I called to make an appointment and was quoted a price but when I showed up for my appointment, which I had to wait for, I was told that the price doubled.

    Insulation went well, and quick. The problem was the installer scratch the vehicle interior trim.

    This install was botched. Not all of the systems in the car were hooked up properly and Geek Squad refuses to fix without charging additional fees. Find a professional for you installation!

    Bought car stereo in November and scheduled the install. Two weeks prior, I can yelled because something came up. I tried to call multiple times and went by the store at least 3 times to try and reschedule. Never could get it rescheduled and despite multiplempromised to call me back, they never did. Ended up installing it myself after wat hing a YouTube video on how to do it. Very poor customer service.

    Instal went well and everything looked great but noticed air bag light was on and techs want to argue it was already on even though paper shows it was.

    The Best Buy installer was great but he had sales and installs so instead of taking an hour as advertised it took 4 and half hours! Need at least two people!

    After long process of reviewing and discussing everything needed to have this unit installed on my vehicle with an installation tech an installation date was determined. When I took my vehicle in for the install I was called and told that additional parts would need to be ordered (if available) to allow the unit to work properly and completely.

    Had installation appointment, got there and they said they were trying to call to reschedule, never got message. Had to wait 3 more weeks.

    Clean and finished but the customer service and professionalism was very poor. Geek squad member had an attitude from the beginning

    Ended up being an expensive downgrade

    None of my steering wheel controls were hooked up, Sirius xm and the ability to connect through USB is not active and CarPlay does not work. I bought this stereo to have better navigation options and left with much less than I had with my old stereo. Unreal.
