    The installation was not completed! The radio was picked up so that I could wrap it and give it to my son for Christmas! I was told that the installation appointment would remain, but now it is listed as complete. I can’t even believe this!

    Dash kit intermittently resets itself. Should know how to tell how it works.

    after driving to a store an hour away when the installer looked it up on the computer he said they could not install it as it would mess up the a/c control. bought a wire harness from Walmart. we put it in with no problems . all the other contols for the a/c works good

    Parts were order from all over, when I was unable to pick up one of my parts prior to my instillation appointment, an unhelpful phone operator informed me that they could not hold parts. This would have meant a 45min drive for me. The lack of customer care and concern is appalling. Needless to say I had to cancel my whole order.

    I have previously made comments regarding this install and have requested the manager contact me (never did). In short, I went to the store for the install, on time. I waited 3 hours and then was told "it is to late to start, you will need to reschedule. I did reschedule and had to wait another 2 hours before the install procedure was started. I was inconvenienced for roughly 5 hours of my time not to mention 2 trips instead of one. Does anyone care?

    My first experience with GeekSquad was great compared to this time around. I like the convenience of having the installation done by the company I'm purchasing from but there is a disconnect. GeekSquad doesn't have the same company culture that I sense from Bestbuy. Seems to be 2 completely different companies with different service styles.

    called left several messages about appointment for install. they never returned my call. Took over a week after purchase to get installed. took a walk-in over my appointment. ended up being there over 2 hours for what I was told would be 30-45 minutes because of this.

    Hi I'm really not happy what they have done for my car, I bought a Kenwood radio, previously my speakers are working fine after installing with geek squad my rear driver side speaker is not working now, I just asked them about that they're telling speakers are bad, but it was working fine before, they are not accepting it, just suggesting me to buy new it cost 100$ , I'm really unhappy with best buy geek squard service

    After purchasing the installation I was asked to make an appointment. Had to make the appointment at a Best Buy further away. When I arrived I was told they don't install in motorhomes. I told the salesperson and the appointment taker it was for a motorhome.

    I bought a car radio/cd in early June. Was told they were not installing at this time due to Covid. After waiting for over five, still no installers. I was Not offered to have it done by Geek Squad. I finally gave in and had to go to a local shop at $150.00 charge.

    I ordered a car stereo and installation on line - during which I was required to enter the year, make and model of the car. The first installation appointment, the store did not have the wiring harness to install the radio. Not until the 2nd installation appointment when the staff informed me the radio selected would not fit in the car. Picked out several other models before finding one they had in stock.

    Bought this to replace an after-market bluetooth option. Sound on phone calls is poor at best. Consistency in connections is just as bad.

    None of the store employees knew what this was. This charge is only a third of what they wanted to install the radio, and they refused to apply what I paid online. I left the store, and now I can't get my money back for this fee I paid. Best Buy ripped me off.

    Left with no blinkers had to come back which was a bit of inconvenience due to tech not installing correctly Found a couple random dash screws after install Steering wheel controls are crappy I don’t know if crappy product or bad install but can’t change songs modes etc only controls volume

    Installer never showed so I canceled my appointment and went to get it installed somewhere else. I had rescheduled my work so I could have this done,had the appointment set 2 weeks in advance and had to get it done that day....really making me rethink my whole geek squad total tech yearly contract

    best buy performed install on deck and speakers , not only did I have to wait three weeks but the speakers they said would fit did not . my car returned to me with missing screws and a mess of all debri from trying to install .
