    Installer requested additional $ to correctly install, poor communication and service, very unprofessional. Even after call JVC direct to see if the radio was compatible with our vehicle, which they said it was, the tech could not connect all the buttons. Vehicle was returned to us dirty with parts and tools in it.

    I didn't realize that my local store did not have the garage for the installation, so I tried to return it. The online option says that I have to go to the store, so I went to the store. The store told me that I had to call the 1-800 number. The 1-800 number told me I had to go to the store. Extraordinarily frustrating.

    Didn’t get my stereo installed. They couldn’t install it in my 1971 FJ40’ so I got stuck with it and no install. Had to pay another company to install it it in. Thanks Bestbuy !

    After five phone calls trying to speak to a human being, I have given up. All website exploration ends in "call customer support". I'll be canceling this order and the car audio hardware that goes with it, because judging by my careless treatment now, I don't trust the product or the installation service.

    Had new radio installed in 1990 vw westfalia, one speaker working, electric windows shorted out, what do you think?

    Install barely started, then given up

    This was the paid install part of a CD/radio + several pieces of wiring harness for my car, to fix a busted CD/radio. One piece of harness didn't fit as promised, so whole install abandoned, with all costs refunded to me, at least. My problem was unsolved, and I wasted two weeks' time. Very disappointed.

    Customer service were not nice to me. For 3 months they had me coming back & forth just to change a car stereo, & whenever I come to the customer service desk is a different story from the workers.

    Installed poorly. Broke driver's seat, ac console light not working and system does not work!

    Waited an hour, never got installed

    After waiting an hour you’d think that maybe they could do it the next after telling me they would, never got the call they said they would give. I’m guessing I have to pay an extra $90 just to get it installed not very happy...

    New stereo NO Heater!!!

    Had a radio installed today in my 2006 Subaru outback. On my way home live 50miles from bestbuy in the mtn’s I found my heater controls no longer work. The low tonight is 24f.

    Had car stereo installed. Stereo is great. During install the bezel in my Chev s10 was cracked. The tech just offered to tape it. Unfortunately I let it go. It turns out the part is hard to find and costs more than I thought it would. Would definitely rethink another install at best buy

    It was told to me (by a technician) after the sale of my pioneer that I couldn't use my factory subwoofers and that a special wire isn’t something they would have to wire in to my car.

    Charged 150$ more for parts additional after I was told I bought everything needed in store and installation was included. Definitely a big surprise when I was told at install they needed over 100$ more.

    Purchased stereo and install, afterwards tech says you can’t put an aftermarket radio in a Mercedes. Um...yes you can. Techs have no ability to wire stereos without a special harness. Had to get refund.

    Was called day of appointment and told they would have to reschedule, but didn't know when. Installed it myself. Not the first issue I've had with Best Buy, but will be the last. Unimpressed and disappointed.

    The store did not have a part I needed for my stereo to get installed. Aside from that I would have to purchase this part needed somewhere else and very expensive. I never used geek squad for the installation.

    Deck was installed, now truck has check engine light? Installer set the time but nothing else, didnt walk through the settings at all. Left it in demo mode didnt help tune system.
