Not happy

Not very professional

The dash had some major scratches and the deck appears to be tilting down. It took longer than expected. The only good thing is the guy did walk me through the operations of the stereo. Still had a lot to learn afterward.

Button for Tailgate window not working

I can manually move the window with the key hole in the tailgate. Will contact techs and revise review if the problem is fixed.

Incorrect

Geek Squad Never called

Killed my car battery

Best buy broke one of the panel cover

Also, broke one of the panel cover. Now the cover is loose. Great job best buy. Maybe, that's the reason why it's free installation.

Poor bluetooth

As soon as I left the installation area it quit. I have NEVER got it to work again. I just do not use the phone in the car.
