    Horrible experienced. Purchased to find out my store would not offer installation. Multiple calls and online chats only to still have to go to the actual store to get refund.

    I purchased the car radio but never used the installation could never get an appointment, after several attempts just paid a local shop to install it

    Purchased as an accessory for a new stereo purchase. Sucks because it wasn’t same day installation either. Had to go back to get it installed.

    Im not sure after getting to the shop for install-unfortunately the guys said they couldn’t install it-so I can’t say if it is good or bad.

    Best Buy Geeks Did A Horrible Job

    Installing the unit was fine, but the sound was HORRIBLE. It me about a month to research was the different setting were and now it sounds great.
