Everything went perfectly, did not take a long time, and works perfectly. Ramon did a very thorough job and handled my vehicle like it was his own.

Did a very nice job with the install. Very clean. Did have a small issue with steering wheel controls not working after, but went back and they fixed it it 5 minutes. Way better labor price than Car toys wanted to charge.

The agent installed the radio, it works great. Also, the price was great too.

The installation was super fast and did a great job. The only problem is that Best Buy didn’t have enough installers so you have to make an appointment and some locations were over a month’s wait

I bought a 2 Din screen radio online not bestbuy, and I needed the radio installed. I went to a local store to get everything done and they were charging so much, an reviews were horrible. I looked online and bestbuy could do the job with the price close to what I wanted to spend, I made an appointment, went to bestbuy and was told I needed a more expensive harness, and antenna I said yes I'll pay extra plus that's what I need to make the after market radio work. I was surprised with the work done, I was so happy. I paid less then the other place that was over charging and I have warranty for the job done. Five stars.

Needed to upgrade a 20 year old system. I wanted it to look factory. With the help of Tristen in the Ames store we found a seamless fit that looks factory and sounds amazing.

We were very satisfied with our stereo receiver installation at Best Buy (Geek Squad). The old Kenwood CD/receiver in our Tacoma went kaput and we had a brand new Kenwood CD/receiver installed. They helped us decide on a replacement unit and we saved $$$ thanks to the advice we received from Geek Squad. With the money we saved, we opted to get the 4 year Geek Squad warranty which was great. We highly recommend Best Buy/Geek Squad for all of your electronic needs home or automobile/truck.

Flawless installation of factory replacement in-dash receiver. Doug at the Anne Arundel Mills store was extremely professional, efficient, and meticulous.

I'm super satisfied. Our previous radio/CD player had been stolen, and they took the plastic part around it. We were left with a large hole in its place. With the new install, it looks as good as new.

Best Buy installer did an excellent jkb, not just installing new radio but rewiring my back speakers as well.

He did a great job and only took about an hour! Will be back on September 2nd to have new speakers installed!
