The gentlemen from the Geek squad removed my old non-operating radio and installed a new one in just about an hour.

Had my new (replacement) Sirius radio installed this morning and am very happy with the job. It was easy to schedule the appointment, they got me in quickly and the job was done perfectly.

Stereo works great, and the technicians were friendly. The only issue was after installation, the car clock no longer works.

Installation began at scheduled time and finished quickly. He provided a great overview and demonstrated the deck functionality. Very friendly and took pride in his workmanship.

I had a wonderful experience with my install. I was shown how to use my Alpine after he finished installing it. All works great including the 4 speakers that were installed as well.

Installer was very knowledgeable about product. Was friendly and courteous. Install was done quickly. He took the time to explain how to program the CD player.

In and out in no time. Placed the hands-free mic and USB cable where I wanted them. Everything put back together without scratching or marking my very near perfect ancient 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan. Only gripe is that the unit was a bit un-level, I had to push in a small felt piece in between the stereo and the filler plate to level it. No biggie, but the installer should have made sure it was level and fixed it when I brought it to his attention. Little imperfections like that drive me nuts. Overall, though, a good job and pleasant experience. I will use them again.
