The Geeks connected my car stereo. No more factory stereo. They did great and it only took an hour.

Once the radio is set-up and you know how to access the features of interest, the location of the buttons and what the buttons do, it is easy to operate. The sound is extremely clear and has features for enhancing it based on personal preferences. The size of the LCD letters, when not in daylight, are easy to read. The lighted backgroud color makes it easy to read in dim light and at night. The removable radio is an important theft prevention feature. The size makes its removability feasible as well as its fitting into a case and into a purse or pocket. The price and multiple features make it a best value.

I scheduled and had installed the new stereo for my minivan. The technician did a wonderful job of checking me in and making sure I had all the items needed for installation. Luckily for me, the had the kit for hooking the steering wheel controls to the stereo, as the sales tech did not tell me this item was necessary. It cost me another $145 for this kit and installation, but like having steering wheel controls. Technician did a great job of installing, even quicker than told, and also going through all the features with me, so I would understand how to operate.

I got a new radio for my truck for Christmas and had it installed by Best Buy. They fit me in between appointments even though they were booked up. My radio was install in just a few hours and it's working great.

I chose to have Best Buy install a car stereo in my vehicle to ensure it was done correctly. It was ready by the end of the day and worls fine.

The Radio is horrible. My speaker's now put out so much bass I can't stand it. You can't see what station the radio is on, and it's crap changing the channel's

Great installation by the crew at the West LA location. I would advise against using the phone to do anything concerning install reservations, at any store location, because you'll be on hold forever. I used their website and even that process is a little tricky. My installation was FREE ( $100 minimum purchase- I might be wrong about that! )

By far the best money spent was for Geek Squad installation. Total process lasted one hour and the installation is clean and high quality.

Install is worth waiting for. My installer (Fred) called a few days before the scheduled install to advise me about some of the schedule concerns he had. We worked out a better time for both him and me and it was perfection. From drive up. To his hands on training of how to make my 80 year old head understand this new technology. And the sound. Great!!

Having Best Buy techs install the new radio in my car was the best decision we made. Hubby tried but gave up. Everything works fine and I now can play CD's in my car.

I was absolutely impressed by the technician's demeanor and communication skills; they are beyond superb. The initial stereo I ordered did not fit my truck but I was happy that there was one in stock and he installed it in a very timely manner; that really impressed me also.
