I can't say enough how pleased I am with this installation. I bought a Kenwood Deck and the SiriusXM tuner for my son for Christmas. He drives a 1997 Chevy S-10 pickup. The truck was given to me by a family friend- hadn't been cranked up in 5 years. Long story short, we put about $800 and a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and elbow grease into getting this truck up and running for him to get to work and school. He really wanted a "modern" stereo for his truck. I spent $70 for the kenwood deck, $40 for the XM tuner, plus installation fees. The system sounds INCREDIBLE through the 20 year old factory speakers. The crew at the store in Newnan, GA did an OUTSTANDING job on the installation. It looks better than the factory system. I have seen some aftermarket installations of satellite tuners that look terrible. This store takes very good care of its customers. I couldn't be happier with the installation and service. They really made my son's Christmas present special for all of us!

The guys doing installs at the Longmont Besy Buy are simply awesome. Knowledgeable, polite, and skilled. Communicated constantly throughout the process and the install was quick and done very well. A+++.

The Kenwood deck was a surprise gift for my niece. I scheduled the deck Installation with a Best Buy store Representative. It was an easy process. When I arrived for my appointment, I did not have to wait. I pulled in to the bay, the installer opened the deck box to make sure everything was there, and it was. Before I knew it, he had the dashboard cover removed and quickly installed the small speaker and deck. The installation took less than 45minutes. I'm not sue if that's typical but it happened for me. He kindly set up the time, date, and the flashing color on the face of the deck in purple, my niece's favorite color. I had questions about operating it and using it with a cell phone and he was very kind to answer my questions and walked me through the basic use of the deck. My experience was very positive. I would definitely use Best Buy Installation again.

The technician that handled the installation of a new radio in my daughter's Toyota 4Runner was helpful and efficient. He made sure that we were made aware of the additional items required and the cost of the items prior to the installation. The transition from her factory radio to a new one with added features was quick and smooth.

The installer at Tinley Park, IL was excellent. He began the job in a timely manner. Nobody is allowed in the installation bay while he is working to avoid any disruptions during the work. I spent the time in the store browsing other items and watching the installer work through the glass door. After he finished he reviewed his work thoroughly. The car was a 1987 560SL which required the removal of the center console to access the old Becker Grand Prix car radio. He was able to do a clean installation which required connecting each wire since there was no wire harness. He also added a small microphone below the ignition key area for hands free talking using the Bluetooth feature of the new JVC radio. The installer took the time to customize the lighting of the radio blue/white to match the car's interior trim. He also demonstrated the use of the radio including Bluetooth pairing, programming stations etc. Overall it was a great experience, and I highly recommend the mobile radio installation at Best Buy Tinley Park, IL.

I was going to purchase a car stereo and speakers. When I checked in with the tech, he explained that the stereo would correct the sound issues and speakers were not necessary. He was right. He also installed the stereo and microphone so quickly and professionally it was great.

[Employee of bestbuy] Had the Mira Mesa install team replace my old civic's radio and speakers. There were a couple of decayed pieces from my stock radio but they were able to install the entire thing properly. My car's audio never sounded this good.

They where on time...So nice! nice guys. done in less time then they told me it would take. Looks like it was ment to be in my dash. liked the quick overview of how it worked and they even got my Blackberry to pair to it so I got hands free calling which I really didn't think I would till I got a new phone

It makes sense to buy a radio that is at least 200 dollars to cash in on the free installation. The appointment was excellent and the technician answered all my questions and when completed, the radio worked flawlessly. I have used this service several times and they do not disappoint.

WOW! My appt was not until Sunday afternoon they called me Saturday morning and ask would I like to come in. My install was supposed to take an hour and fifteen minutes...I was in and out in less than an hour. The tech was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!! THE GUYS OVER IN DAVENPORT FL. Oh and the price was exactly what was quoted no hidden fees or surprises!

The guy who installed it did a top notch perfect job. I haven't had a single problem wit it and it's been done a while now. Very pleased WILL RETURN for future work.. There were wires exposed a radio half way cut out and he just breezed through the work like it was nothing, impressive!

I purchased this stereo for my son to update the one in his 2005 Toyota Camry. He wanted to be able to use his phone to play his music. This stereo had an aux port and it made it possible for him to do this. It is also very slick looking. He is quite pleased with it.

I had just purchased my car and it looked like the stereo had been partially removed. I bought a new JVC receiver and paid for professional install. The guys did a great job of showing me what was needed and also explaining why. The job was done quickly and neatly.

Great job on the slick stereo deck in my Infiniti! It looks great and with the great choices at best buy, I was able to find the perfect deck for my lifestyle. I am rocking out with this in my car everyday, all thanks to best buy, thanks for the tuner and rock on!

Trevor was AWESOME. I had been in the store earlier in the week and spoke with a sales person about a car stereo and speakers for my granddaughter’s birthday. After much discussion the salesman spoke with Trevor the installer and we all agreed to scheduling an appointment for the following Saturday at 10:00 for consultation/install. Upon, arrival on Saturday Trevor tells me the appointment was not made and we were not on the books for the day. I reminded him I was in earlier in the week and the salesman spoke to him about the possible install in the 2001 Dodge pick. Trevor agreed he remembered the discussion but the sales person DID NOT PUT THE APPOINTMENT IN THE COMPUTER. Trevor graciously worked us in that morning and was a true professional! The mechanic that works on my car told me about Best Buy car installation, as I had been looking to update my car into CD / radio. I am very glad that he did as I didn't know Best Buy did that. I purchased the proper CD / radio in Best Buy with the help of an associate and he made the appointment for installation for me. Appointment was professional and the 2 guys that work their have great personalities and are VERY knowledgeable. There was a slight issue with my new radio so I had to go back but they quickly found the issue and fixed it. Also, the purchase of the CD included FREE installation! I'm very happy and pleased with my new radio - and it looks good too!

I purchased a double deck unit from somewhere else online because it was not available in BB. I do not trust myself so I wanted a professional to do it. Christopher in the West Los Angeles store was really professional and straight up so I told him I had to check one more place because it was next door to my home I stopped by Al and Ed's in Marina Del Rey which by the way you should avoid at any cost. The guy was unhappy because I did not buy the unit from them and gave me an estimate almost double than Best Buy! I asked him why is Best Buy able to do it for almost half and his reply was; I don't know. Just go to Best Buy. Seriously? I made and appointment with BB and the installation was perfect, clean and on time. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRISTOPHER!
