The install was fast the quality was amazing and have had no problems with it since I had it installed by Best Buy.

I had the installation of a new satellite/regular broadcast radio installed into my 20 year old GMC 3500. I'm not a person who can install electronic items into a vehicle. The installation charge was $65 at the time, based upon an hours work and it was well worth it. The installation was professional in every manner and was completed, ahead of time. The installer told me what he was going to do before the job and then explained the new radio after it was completed, making sure I had a good understanding of the product.

That put my wife's radio in so it looks like it came with the car. But they took extra steps to teach her how to use it.

I had a stock radio before. No way to hook up my iPhone to listen to music. Now I can listen to my music and talk on my cell phone via bluetooth hands free!

Installation went as planned. Everything was fine for a couple of miles when the unit turned off and wouldn't power up again. I won't go in to how i felt. It was late so I went home and stopped in at the store before work the next morning. The tech got me in as soon as possible, diagnosed the problem, resoldered the ground, no questions asked and I was to work on time.

The installation took ~ 1 hour. Very clean. The technician was helpful. He took his time reviewing the stereo's features.

The Geek squad installation was awesome. They had us in and out quickly. We needed to purchase one attachment to make the stereo unit work in our model vehicle.
