Bought a 15 year old pick-up when my son started driving. The radio was faulty, which is obviously death to a teenager. I bought an open box head unit on the cheap at Best Buy, and thought we could install it as a father-son project. Well the wiring was so messed up from someone's prior DIY job that we couldn't sort it out. Took it back to Best Buy to do the install, and he got it done without batting an eye. Tech was courteous and professional throughout. $100 to install a $50 radio would be my only gripe.

This was by far the fastest installation I have ever had. I knew what I was paying for and why before anything else was mentioned. Great job Best Buy!

The stereo was installed in about 15 mintues and works great. He was polite and it was done in less time than expected.

Quick-thorough-polite- even paired up my phone & showed me all the bells and whistles. I'd recommend to anyone. Well worth the price.

I GET EVERYTHING INSTALLED AT BESTBUY NO MATTER WHERE I AM LOCATED AT. THEY DO SUCH AN OUTSTANDING WONDERFUL WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOU AND DO EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY THING SO SO PERFECT!! I HAVE TRIED SOME OTHER PLACES IN OREGON, WASHINGTON, IDAHO, UTAH AND HERE IN MONTANA. BUT YEARS AGO THERE IS ONLY ONE SOLITARY PLACE IN THE WHOLE WORLD THAT IS WORTH A TOOTIE TO TAKE CARE OF YOU EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY TIME AND THAT IS BESTBUY!! THEY ARE SO SO OUTSTANDING IT IS 150% WONDERFUL AS THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY TIME NO MATTER WHAT YOU NEED DONE!!!

Cody is the best. I bought a new radio for my sportscar and Cody from the Geek Squad installed it. He was polite, friendly, very meticulous, and exceeded my expectations with the installation and explaining the use of the new radio. And, he was proud of his work. He finished the installation on time and called me when my car was ready. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Best Buy.

The car tech was awesome! !! ! Fast and competent. He even showed my husband how to use it, so he could show our daughter!

Bluetooth hands free was the sell for me. CD player was a bonus. Only issue was the lack of a good manual. Great sound with new upgraded speaker system.

The installer started on time, and the installation only took about 45 minutes. The new JVC radio works great.

The agent at the Grove City store is a true asset to your company. He is professional yet very friendly. He does great work and does it quickly. He also took the time to show me my new radio and demonstrate how it works. He did all of this with a bright, helpful personality. I took my car to have a previously purchased radio installed. I returned with my daughter’s car, and purchased her radio from Best Buy, because he was so great with mine.

The installer was great putting it together and I really appreciated the fact he made time to assist me with questions and concerns I had regarding a rattle in the mounting bracket when I was driving on a number of harsh Wisconsin roadways. I would have liked to know up front, however, that installing the JVC product I did would cause my factory USB connector to become useless. It's not their fault it is this way, however, being able to make an informed decision would have been nice.

Very knowledgeable, impressive. Excellent at his job and knows radios. Extremely friendly and tells you like it is, No BS. Learned alot about radios and SHOWED how a different shop really screwed up my install. He is really a "go to" guy if you need an install done right or need advice as to what will work or how much it would cost to make some screwball idea work. He gets a 10 from me. Wish I could remember his name.

I am from Wyoming but was in the Salt Lake area when my stereo decided not to work. Vance, the Geek Squad Technician, at the 5181 S State Street store is a 10 in my experience. He installed my new unit along with all of the needed hardware in record time.............AND explained my new system in a language that was easy to understand. The agents installed my car stereo promptly and it works well. I am thinking of upgrading the speakers through them as well.
