Hands free calling is not good for person on receiving end a lot of back ground noise and voice breaks up. Aside from that very happy with all other features.

So far so good with this Black Friday special. Was a little worried when I saw the UPS man Drop It 3 feet out the back of his truck, but the TV was packed securely and was no worse for the wear. The TV was light compared to my old model and mounted easily to my wall. Setup was extremely easy and the Smart Remote is fantastic. I purchased this particular model after speaking with a gentleman named LeCos in-store, who brought me up to speed on all the current technology.

The GeekSquad member that did the installation of the stereo was great. He asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted, got in there and did the installation quickly and efficiently while I went and did other shopping. When I came back to pick it up, he went over the unit and features, gave me a demonstration and ensured that my questions were answered and made sure I knew they were there should I have any others.

Had the pleasure of working with Spencer at Best Buy in East Mesa with my new Media Deck installation into my Nissan Versa Note. He advised that the housing unit for my specific vehicle was not in stock and he allowed me to "borrow" a similar one until mine came in. He contacted me when the new housing unit came in and he quickly installed it in 10-15 minutes free of charge. Great service, finished product looks great, happy Best Buy was able to do this for only $65.

Only took them about 45 minutes to install, and the radio works great. Haven't had any problems at all! Great service

Glad to have someone else install. However, I thought I had remembered being able to choose which location you can have your equipment installed. I only say this as it was purchased as a gift for someone who lives miles from us. So they had to make a special trip to our side of town instead of being able to schedule with their local store.
