The agent removed our old radio and installed the new one with the harness and in dash mount. He demonstrated how to use the new one and hooked up the Bluetooth for us. He was very helpful and personable. Great service!

The agents successfully installed all of my equipment. It was a difficult job because there was an extra adapter needed but the agents were able to install everything quickly and efficiently

I purchased a double deck unit from somewhere else online because it was not available in BB. I do not trust myself so I wanted a professional to do it. Christopher in the West Los Angeles store was really professional and straight up so I told him I had to check one more place because it was next door to my home I stopped by Al and Ed's in Marina Del Rey which by the way you should avoid at any cost. The guy was unhappy because I did not buy the unit from them and gave me an estimate almost double than Best Buy! I asked him why is Best Buy able to do it for almost half and his reply was; I don't know. Just go to Best Buy. Seriously? I made and appointment with BB and the installation was perfect, clean and on time. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRISTOPHER!

Updated my 2003 PORSHE Boxster Bose system to KENWOOD Headend and 2 Kicker 4 Channel amps. Hector did a better job than I could imagine. New system is great with HD radio, 2USB inputs, CD player, Hands Free phone, iPod Bluetooth etc.

Fast and friendly. I had an appointment which made my experience great. I was in and out in less than an hour and haven’t had a problem at all. Thanks for the hand!!!

Stereo install was fast and looks great. Very happy.

It took less than an hour to get my new car radio installed. It looks original to the car. He took the time to connect my phone and teach me all of the features of the radio. I will definitely use them again.

Wow, I could not believe how fast the installation of my daughter's car stereo was. Haven't had any issues and she uses it ALL the time. Very impressed and glad I hured Best Buy to do the installation. Took just over 30 minutes, impressive!!

Best Buy has a great non-warranty voiding install for many of their electronics. I got a free install when purchasing my car deck and was pleased with the outcome. There was no damage done to my vehicle and everything looked clean and functioned as it should. I believe the installer may have forgot to connect a wire at one point since some of my other car controls (like A/C and time clock displays) aren't appearing on the other screen. I haven't taken my vehicle back since I've been busy and I'm sure it's a simple fix. Customer service and knowledge from the car bay far exceeds any service you'll receive on the Best Buy store floors. The car bay employees I talked to were well informed about all car related items and helped me out a lot explaining the install process. Only knocking a star for the small mishap and even though I got my worry-free install for free, it is normally around $100 dollars which is quite a bit to stack on top of the deck price and any other equipment one may need to purchase for the install.

We purchased a radio for my son's 1989 Chevy S-10 truck as a birthday present. The installation was perfect, and the radio they removed (which was original equipment to the truck) was treated carefully and returned to us in perfect condition in the event we decided to put it back in. The work was done quickly and the technicians were clearly knowledgeable.

Lots of models and price ranges to choose from. Installation was fast and perfect, my tech even offered to help me out later if I had questions or problems, that's customer service... Well done...

I wish I got the installers name, he did a fantastic job. He could have oversold me, I had brought a bunch of needed accessories for the install, which I had to wait a few weeks for the appointment. When he did the install he found that I already had many of the items already installed in the car with the radio I was replacing and he did a return on all the parts I didn't actually need. It was over $50 in returned items that he could have just said nothing about. And he did a fantastic job on the install. This review is about a service not a product, which is why I wish I got his name. but, if one guy is like that, I'm betting they all are, in Lancaster pa anyway.

Installation went flawlessly and was completed within 30 minutes. The installer went through the operation of the unit; synchronized the phone and made sure it was working properly.

The tech at Best Buy did a great job installing my stereo with professional harnesses. Taking their time to do a very professional job in just a few hours! they keep you informed of the progress by phone!

Ashlee did a great job on the installation. It looked great in my VW when finished. She even adapted a connector for the antenna without an additional charge. It was done very quickly also.

The installation process was quick, less than an hour, and it was done well, a few months out and I've had no problems with the stereo, everything sounds great.
